The Sub Center has exceeded my expectations on all levels! From start to finish the team were friendly, helpful and most importantly very experienced. I was originally anxious about grading my cards, however the service was simple, and I was notified throughout the process with the ability to be able to track the status of my order. My cards were delivered back to me extremely well packaged and quicker than expected. I am excited to send my next submission. I highly recommend this company.

For my first time grading across the pond, I was very nervous, but the packaging process was explained well, the prices are very fair and the tracking offers peace of mind. Now I know the whole process I will be using again :)

Shocking service destroyed over £600 worth of my signed limited edition funkopops took them 6 months of lies and excuses for them to finally pay for the damages but they barley covered what it costs me to have them signed and graded never mind all the time and effort in acquiring those specific signatures to top it off dan the owner threatens me with legal action a cease and desist for telling people about my shocking experience. I have all the messages emails and threats for proof if anyone would like them.

Really straight forward to submit your cards, clear instructions and everything at the Sub Center end is super swift. You need a bit of patience whilst they are across the pond, but that's to be expected and beyond anyone's control. Really happy with the service, will use again and recommend to others. This is the second time i have used The Sub Centre to submit my collectables for grading and the results have been excellent every time. The website is very informative on how to package and send your cards and what happens during the grading process, with order tracking tools on the website offers peace of mind knowing you can track your collectables at anytime during the process. Upon receiving my cards back today they were amazingly well packaged to ensure everything got back to me safely. I will most definitely be using the The Sub Centre again in the near future. Thanks once again :D

Used these services as was a bit unsure of what to do myself. Hassle free and great price. The community is also awesome!! Make sure you read all the T&Cs so you don't have false expectations for anything :)

Dan and his team are fantastic at what they do. The customer service is incredibly quick and helpful, they have a tremendous facebook page that is constantly keeping people up to date with things going on in the grading world, cut off dates for returns and most importantly, how to send cards off to be graded. Everything is clearly explained and if you every have any questions, they'll always do their best to answer them.

I look forward to sending more cards away to be grade with Dan and can only say fantastic things about the Sub Center.

Came all the way down From London to drop off, and collect submissions. These guys are the best in the business.

Used the Sub Center 3 times so far and each time has gone smoothly. I wouldn't use anywhere else to grade my cards with the big 3 US grading companies. My advice if you use this service would be to have patience, kick back and relax in the knowledge that your cards are in safe hands.

Used there services couple of times now, very quick on responding to any questions or issues, prices are more than fair (if not too cheap) concidering where cards are sent for grading. All around an amazing company and the community is top notch, timescales are clearly stated and accurate. Would 100% reccomend people use the sub center for all your grading needs A++++ service.

Been using Dan and the Sub Center for 2 years now and never an issue.

Yes, we all want our cards back tomorrow but generally, when using faster services, they come back. If you don't have patience, don't use bulk.

But the service is top notch! If anyone has any complaints, it's usually via misunderstanding or lack of knowledge/patience.
