Dan is a true gentleman, I have known him for years, always stayed true to his words even now he’s as big as he is! The reason he’s the only one left doing what he does is because he’s the best.

The sub centre has clear guidelines that explain the process, be careful to read and to understand what your getting into with grading companies. The sub centre is transparent about all this but can lead to frustration if not read and understood.

Grading takes a along time and sometimes if your grades are amazing you have uncharges because of the value of the cards, this is only down to the level you submitted your cards. The sub centre isn’t trying to get more money off you! The grading companies have brackets for values and the up charges cover them for this. To avoid these select the correct grading level! (Don’t submit a £1000 card on the lowest teir!)

One thing I fell for in the beginning was turn around time! First thing to understand is it’s working days (no Saturday or Sunday) BUT only after it’s processed. The sub centre doesn’t grade your cards! So it’s only when the grading company gets your cards. Long story short be patient, it’s only an estimate not a guarantee, it will be done when it’s done use the turn around as guidelines only.

Follow all that and you will have a 5 star experience! You

Dan and the team at The Sub Center have been brilliant in answering multiple questions and queries in relation to the grading of cards. They are always quick to email and their customer service is second-to-none, and I have also seen their prices reduce (due to new submission levels and CGC relationship etc). Exciting times ahead.

Dan and the team are excellent, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to grade my cards. I have personally used the service for over 15-20 different orders over the last year and and communication has always been excellent.

Even when I ran into an issue with one of my orders, Dan personally sorted this out for me without any hassle. Big respect to him given that he has probably hundreds of messages each day to go through, and this really shows that he cares about his customers and his business.

Great service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and staff were very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to grade cards.

Excellent handling of my prized pieces of cardboard and all information in the t&c's made sure I knew what to expect, even when I was charged extra as it turns out one of my cards was worth more than I thought. Staff more than happy to explain that the grading company charges this extra price and help get any worries I had settled. 5/5 cant recommend enough

I have used the Sub Center on multiple occasions never had an issue with price, assistance and standard of service they are always really helpful and returns always come back safe and sound.

The sub centre is the only place I will use to grade my cards. Dan and the team have always been good to me and the communication has always been spot on.

My latest Beckett submission was my 4th submission to date and will definitely be sending many more in the future.

Ignore the absolute fool below who has given a 1 star for failing to understand the T/C's when submitting.

Sent over 100 cards combined to all of the big 3 grading companies in the US via the sub center (previously known as Dans Pokestop). I cannot fault any aspect of their service. All details, times and prices are stated on their website before purchase. On the rare occasion that you card is upcharged you are told asap. Products are carefully packaged and returned via special delivery. There is nobody in the UK that comes close to offering the levels of great service that this company offers and its the only place that i will ever use for my graded cards. Thank you for all the hard work you put in for a great service.

I've been grading with this company for a while .. also when the company was starting off before ... never ever had a problem.. estimated times are on point ... great customer service regarding emails...updates packaging.. any information needed.. really helped alot .. I don't send them anywhere else
