Really terrible service
Really terrible service from a group of guys who care more about up charging than providing a satisfactory service. After four month of waiting (and a few up charges despite asking specifically what category to send as before purchasing) I have received 4 of my 8 cards back, 1 graded and 3 ungraded.
They implied on email that all cards were ready so I would pay the expensive postage rate, but they only sent 1 and informed me the other 4 were at PSA still and I would have to pay the postage return fee each time a card came back! So please bear in mind there is an £8 card per card you submit, apparently all in their Ts and Cs.
I would definitely not use this company again and would strongly advise against you using them. Unless your aim is to waste excessive time and money.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have faced with our services and want to just clarify a few things for you.
The email you received stated that only part of the order was ready to be returned. This is due to submitting your collectibles on different service levels. It does state in our Terms & Conditions (which have to be agreed to before placing the order) that the collectibles are not returned per order, but per submission.
Unfortunately we cannot choose which cards the grading companies choose not to grade, hence returning the money back to you for those, which was done straight away.
Any up charges that are added to the orders are decided by PSA and not us so unfortunately there’s nothing we could have done about this.
Again, we can only apologise that you found our service unsatisfactory and we hope this has cleared things up for you.
