Paid for Diamond coat ronseal which was then out of stock and couldnt be sourced from the supplier! I thought the price was too cheap, perhaps you need to update your website. Product readily available elsewhere albeit at a higher price.

My granddaughter asked me to help her buy a special umbrella on line as a birthday gift for her mother as her old one broke. We searched online and found the perfect colour one at TOC. Nearly a week went by without any communication from TOC. I received an email 6 days after the order saying there was a slight delay. I replied the following day to be told it would be sent out that afternoon. In the afternoon I received another email to say they didn't have the colour that was picked. Yes funds were returned but it is not professional to let a customer wait a week before informing them they were out of stock especially when the website stated there were 5 in stock. I've hade to travel an hour away to go shopping to look for another umbrella urgently as I didn't want to disappoint my granddaughter having no birthday gift for her mother. Buying online I deliberately picked an Irish company. Very disappointed with the service. Very poor communication. One frustrated grandma trying to explain why it's good to buy Irish!

Next day delivery! Free shipping. The only shop that had more than 4 in stock. And almost 15 euro cheaper per item. An excellent experience overall. (Purchased Dulux 10L paint)

I ordered filters for the hood, on the website itself and in the photo everything was identical to mine that needed to be replaced.
A completely different product arrived, twice as big and does not match the photo in the product description on the website.
I had to return it. I paid for delivery twice at my own expense. Although I think it was not my fault.
But I contacted customer support quickly...

I recently purchased a 20 inch pro+ chainsaw, assembled it and proceeded to do some work.there were issues in relation to starting chainsaw from a cold situation, spoke to customer service representative in TOC.arranged for collection of chainsaw by courier and delivery of a replacement chainsaw (new),all without any additional cost to me.i find this to be exceptional quality of service, in a world where it is sadly lacking. All conversations were courteous and friendly and professional
