The sub was slightly more expensive, but nobody came looking for the difference. All items shipped next day.

They have excellent customer service
They have excellent customer service. The first delivery left me short an item. They returned with the missing item the same day. If you have any queries etc They will get back to you straight away. I had ordered awkward heavy building items and the delivery guys were so helpful. They brought everything in to the back garden without even having to ask. If there was 10 stars would give them and more. Thanks to everyone working in TOC.. Highly appreciated

Picture of a powerhose on their website did not match the contents of the box. Description did not give details. When I realised I contacted support. Was offered a return, but I had already used before I realised. Asked for a partial refund as a show of good faith on their error but was denied. Significant cost to obtaining the add ons that appeared included in the website purchase

Very disappointed
Very disappointed ordered an outdoor rocking chair which said there was 1in the shop. Sent my son back to collect and it was out of stock. Need to update website regularly so not to cause disappointment

Very bad packing
Ordered two buckets of fence paint. For some reason one of the buckets was packed upside down in the box and had leaked.
