New windows and french doors…
We ordered new windows and french doors from Trent Valley Windows. Highly recommended overall. Comms were very good and the installation went very smoothly, with the work completed to a good standard. We also used them to replace our bay windows 2 years ago, so happy to repeat.

Can't fault their service
From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the service I received from the Nottingham branch when I needed all my windows replacing. The salesman James was informative but not pushy and made me feel at ease. The surveyor Chris knew his stuff and took time to nail down every detail. The fitting (actually carried out by West Yorkshire Windows who I believe they are partnered with) went without a hitch. Everything happened when they said it would, how they said it would and I'm thrilled to bits with my stylish new anthracite windows - no more waking up to lakes of condensation on my window ledges!

Leaking conservatory
My 5 year old conservatory began to leak during heavy rain. I spoke to Dawn in Customer Services who quickly arranged for service engineers to visit. Two very pleasant and knowledgeable gentlemen arrived and rapidly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very happy with all concerned.

Quality product and quality workmanship.
We have had Trent Valley Windows to replace our 30 year old windows and back door. The kitchen is a cold,dark, north facing room. We now have beautiful new windows and a draft proof back door. We were very pleased with the price and would recommend this company without hesitation. The salesman, surveyor and fitters were all so helpful and understanding.

Trent Valley Windows helped us through…
Trent Valley Windows helped us through the planning to the completion of our new conservatory. The whole team from salesman to construction team were experienced and this was highlighted in the finished result. The work was carried out efficiently, cleanly and we were consulted at every stage. We also had all new windows fitted. The old ones were removed new ones installed with minimal damage to the decor. Overall extremely happy with the whole process.

Work imperfect
After the installation was completed, it rained heavily for several days and the water suddenly seeped into our entrance hall. An inspection of the roof found that installers failed to properly remove old wood after the window installation process, causing gutters to become clogged. This allows rainwater to flow into the house. This is an extremely serious oversight and we cannot accept it.
I emailed the company to complain, but have not received any reply so far.

A considerate, hard-working and thoughtful team. Recently my new Conservatory was…
Recently my new Conservatory was installed. The Installation team were thoughtful, patient, considerate of my age and health problems, and very hard working. I was very much at ease with their presence and standard of work. When a couple of problems were discovered, they quickly checked with myself and then contacted the Manager for clarification of the order. At no time did they try to dismiss it as unimportant, or something I would have to accept. Everyone kept me informed as to the progress of the replacement parts ordered. Subsequent teams were pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with, including Management and Office staff during phone calls. I would definitely recommend the Company to any friends who enquire.

outstanding customer services
We had our windows and doors replaced by Trent valley windows back in May 2022, recently the front door was catching the bottom and a bit difficult to close. After I contacted TW, they sent engineers to resolve the problem in a timely manner and provided outstanding customer services!

Poor customer service / Great fitters
Sadly i have to give them a 1 star, let’s start at the beginning;
- ordered windows (Nov 23) and survey completed
- phone call to say they wanted to do a second survey; second person clearly smoked 60+ a day, but also clearly didn’t want to be doing the job
- job delayed & delayed - finally started fitting in march, however the survey’s hadn’t picked up they needed scaffolding- that was an extra 2.5k please!!!
- finally fitted in April (only good point is the fitters are really friendly & polite)
- old leaded lights taken for putting into new double glazed units, told would be 4 weeks approx.
- finally came to fit them mid July 3 months later! But one was broken & they had all be put into the wrong size units!!!! But was told it would take about 6 weeks,
- after 8 weeks phoned several times / left messages of toms they were going to call me back - but no returned calls
- late September, still no stained glass! Suppose to have phoned me back - guess what - yep you have got it!!
Such a pity, because the windows are really good & the fitters superb. I was until they messed me about again going to give them a 3 star.
Honestly do your self a favour - avoid!

We had a replacement conservatory by Trent Valley Windows last week. The process from order to completion was done smoothly and professionally. We were very pleased with the work carried out by our installers Sam and Oliver. They worked extremely hard and the finished product was of a very high standard.

Ordered windows through trent valley windows. On the due date of fitting ,didn't turn up,on phoning up told it would be in 2 days time .West Yorkshire windows turned up to do the windows. Within minutes of turning was told they couldn't fit the top window as there were no lintels fitted. IT seems the person who did the survey regularly makes the mistake of not checking.
So we are still waiting to hear back to resolve the problem and have the windows fitted.
According to Gov website Trent valley windows was Desolved 19th July 2024.

Fuss free glazed wall panel replacement.
We recently had a double glazed wall panel mist slightly. This was part of the fabulous orangery knock through extension that Trent Valley built for us in 2019. One phone call, a couple of photos emailed, sorted, no fuss, no argument. The guy that came to replace the panel was cheerful and friendly, got the job done quickly with no mess. We had our house double glazed by TV many years ago and on each of the small number of occasions we have needed support they have been exactly the same, no arguments, just get it sorted. We have been very happy with Trent Valley for many years.

Trent valley windows
Trent valley windows were able to understand and quote for what I required, brick work was required so more than just replacing windows. The work started on schedule and was mostly completed within a week. There was minimal mess and all rubbish was removed. There was a problem with plasterers not turning up, and there seemed to be a breakdown in communication between the company and the plasterers. However the work was completed in due course. Payment was made in stages. Acknowledgement of payments would have been reassuring. Generally very satisfied with only some minor issues.
