Have put a deposit down and no contact since no return calls or emails.

Arranged for a window to be fitted, this was arranged for 21st April, on arrival couldn't carry out job, soffit and facias needed doing.couldn't do the job .the person who assessed hadn't mentioned it. Another date was made, a two day job , that was cancelled. Then another date made , window was fitted (good team) (good job)wasn't sure when soffit and facias could be completed. Numerous phone calls made, another date made
Who turned up but didn't stay even though I had seen them
Another call made , to be told that another company had taken over, and no longer do soffit and facias

Fantastic service from placing our order to receiving a quote. Installation guys were amazing, clean and professional, thank you James and Connor. The product is excellent quality. Would highly recommend. We used them at our last house for French doors and were highly pleased. We moved and they installed all our new windows at this house and a set of French doors, excellent again. Thinking of getting a conservatory in the future, will use Trent Valley Windows again. Many thanks guys.

We've had a new orangery and have been delighted with the process. The project was managed fantastically and communication and the work was excellent from all involved in the build. Mr and Mrs Saunders.

No real problems from start to finish. Two front windows fitted. Slight delay on arriving on the day of fitting but fitters most apologetic - these things happen. Fitter pointed out about having a dark colour of sealant on outside of window as white can discolour with time. This was useful and i chose brown. Great tip. Had to have scafolding which was included in the price. Taken away has promised the next day. Have used this company several times before, no pressure selling. The price you get quoted is what you pay and no phone calls chasing you. Right up my street.

We had our conservatory updated new brickwork new frames and a supalite roof. Very impressed with the whole process from planning through to completion and the room looks great. We found the tradesmen very professional and very tidy. Would definitely use them again

Arrived when promised and fitted door and side panel In a very professional manner with a super finish making good everything, giving us a excellent result that we are very happy with. Mr. Mrs. Finney. Chesterfield.

Salesman was efficient and listened to what we wanted and was able to deliver.
Issue with bricking up of window on the day as no bricks had been ordered. This was rectified but had to wait approx 6 weeks for the builder to return and finish off the job.

Although the end product is good, Trent Valley let themselves down with poor communication and false promises. The job that started on 28th February and to take 3 days, ended up finally being completed on the 26th April and took 6 days. It took lots of emails and phone calls to find out what was happening and if/when someone was going to come, they were very slow to respond and not very helpful (until I put in a complaint!) Interesting that 2 days after works completed, they were ringing and texting for final payment!!!
I won't be having trent Valley back and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them based on our experience

Absolutely excellent from planning through building to completion, all tradesmen were very professional and helpful. Emma kept us informed every step of the way. We are absolutely delighted with our new conservatory.

We chose Trent Valley as their salesman was the only one who advised of hidden costs such as needing lintels, scaffolding etc and he was the one with least 'pushiness'. Very happy with the windows and doors. The only reason its not a 5 star review is due to them messing around slightly with install dates resulting in us having to take extra time off work.

A disappointing and (needlessly) stressful experience.

• No ‘schedule of works’ ever appeared
• Lack of communication from start to finish – people would just turn up with no warning. Or, you’d arrange a time, then they’d change it and not let you know
• Took over 6 months to complete (meant to be 3-4 weeks)
• Bad planning – jobs completed in the wrong order, which caused backtracking and more work
• Information not passed on – snags reported at the time, then only dealt with months later
• Mound of rubble left for 3 months. No skip ordered, despite repeated asking
• Unprofessional staff – blaming errors on each other and referring to a colleague as a “t**t”. Only one staff member was genuinely helpful and apologetic
• When they wanted paying, received multiple phone calls asking for money, even though the job was not fully complete
• Brickwork was so messy where it had been 'patched in', had to pay another company to come and fix it. Didn't bother with TV as had enough by this point
• Complaint was never addressed

If you call or email TV to ask what’s going on, staff, to be fair, do reply and reassure. But it’s too little too late when you’ve been messed around so much. They tell you what you want to hear but nothing seems to happen as a result. Or it happens very slowly and with much chasing on your part.

Avoid and save yourself the hassle.

Absolutely brilliant service.
They kept us up to date regarding delivery and installation. All of the teams were courteous, clean and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Overall we received a good service from TVW, the whole process takes a while what with first meeting to discuss what you want, measuring and then fitting. It was all done efficiently, even though they needed to change our first installation date, I am happy with the service and fit of my new doors.

I required a new window and side door to my garage I had used Trent Valley before to replace all my bungalow windows and doors. They were excellent then and is still as high standard now. In helping me choose, and installing and fitting correctly. I am so pleased with the end result, no mess all taken away, care taken, polite and gave information required.

Beautiful orangery looks amazing customer service team were amazing despite my constant calls thanks to all at Trent Valley for building an amazing room

We’ve had windows and bi fold doors fitted. The fitters were professional and respectful and discussed what they were doing and explained everything as they fitted. Windows and bi folds look and feel amazing. Really pleased.

We ordered almost £5.000 of top priced Extreme Double Glazing 6 Windows and 2 Doors one Composite with Murano Glass inserts on October 8th 2020 and paid the deposit,
we were told the delivery and fitting would be 5/6 weeks but because of the Covid we thought to at least double that.

The delays built up, firstly there was a small window which they had difficulty getting made then other issues,
we had the first window fitted in the middle of January 2021, the fitters were great lads who had to travel from Wakefield every day and they made a really good job of fitting them for us. I was told there would be a delay for the front door as it was coming from abroad? when it did come we were told it was wrong but we decided to accept it anyway.

We asked for the same fitters who had done the windows as they were so good and we were told that would be ok,
They were working on the back door until it was dark, next day the front door was to be fitted the by them too and I was told they would be here around 8:30 am to start, instead they were sent to a Conservatory job in Derby first so they didn't arrive until gone 3pm.
The door was very very hard to fit, there were so many problems in fitting it they had to work in the dark again to put it in,
The said they would be back first thing the next morning to finish the fitting on the inside, they weren't, they had been moved to another job doing a Conservatory in Derby yet again.

Instead one of the fitters employed by Trent Valley came to finish the door fitting job off but still it wasn't right, it took another three visits and 3 sets of workers before it was put right, one of them managed to damage the Door, only a little but still damaged it. and 20 weeks after making the order it was all done at last.

Lots of excuses, lots of delays and let downs, Both doors had to be refitted, no reduction in price offered for the wrong Door,
but on the last day as the fitters worked on the door
I was asked if I could pay the remainder of the money a bit early so they would have some cash in the Bank to pay their workers.

The quality of the Door and Windows is super and with a 20 year Guarantee, so from all the delay and hassle comes the good.

I always had to chase them up instead of being told when and why there were any delays. If you use them keep them on their toes!
I really wanted to give them 5 stars but with all the hassle I honestly think 4 is more than fair.

Why ask for the Contract number and then do nothing?

The goods are great quality, the service however needs a lot more effort and honesty with far less excuses.
Would I buy from Trent Valley Windows again? Sadly no for all the reasons I have mentioned 4 stars is pretty generous considering. Not one penny in compensation for all of the grief.

We have moved and need some things done, like a new Conservatory and stuff. Guess who isn't being considered to do any of it?
