I called Trooli today to ask about an upgrade. Not only did they price match, they actually beat the nearest competitor by quite some margin, almost doubling my speed at a lower cost! Mercia handled my call with professionalism and made upgrading my package a smooth and swift process. Thank you!

Having previously looked at at Trooli online, I had an unexpected call from Kashif who was very helpful. He explained everything in great detail and was very patient as I have a bit of a hearing problem.i was very impressed and happy with his call am looking forward to getting the service up and running. If Kashif is an example of what Trooli is like,then I should be in line for a great service.

We have had our internet with these guys now for about 6 months and I can't find one problem with it.

The download and upload speeds are excellent! The speeds are consistent and usually always above what I am expecting (2000mb/s or 2Gb/s).

The help and support from the staff have been amazing - when ever I call in everyone is happy to help and genuinely cares.

Connor from the sales team was exceptionally good - and deserves the credit for our sale (although we bought it online!) He was extremely helpful and assisted throughout and answered my many questions. (Thank you Connor!)

I had to call accounts to sort out my mistake with the direct debit information and Amani was exceptionally helpful, managing to sort the problem quickly and easily.

Engineer turned up on time, took great care with our property and didn't make a mess. He cleaned up as he went in. Only had Fibre for a week and it seems to be working fine. So no issues, happy chappy

Had a friendly and helpful call with Connor who helped get us set up with Trooli. I'm 76, disabled and about as untechnical as you can be. Connor helped me find a package that saved us significant money compared to what we'd been paying our previous broadband supplier. Cannot recommend too highly.

Recently, I received a cold call from a third party trying to sell their broadband. During the conversation and without my knowledge they trigged something which resulted in me receiving a notification from my current supplier (Trooli) that I wanted to cancel my existing contract.
Least to say I was not impressed. I contacted Trooli and explained the situation to Sacha who reassured me that my contract would not be cancelled. I was then advised when my contract was due to expire and the options available to me should I wish to continue. Sacha being very knowledgable and professional I did not hesitate to renew.

Have been with trooli for about 2 years and had nothing but issues with our Internet. I have complained multiple times over the phone and via email with most emails being ignored.

Their customer service and support is non existent, also their modem signal strength is severely lacking compared to say BT, EE or Virgin.

The Internet did work but there were constant problems with it dropping out and resetting.

Honestly I cannot recommend at all.

I was going to swap providers as I’d found a better deal, however after dealing with Amy she was able to match that so I decided to stay as the only times I’ve needed engineers to visit they have been out the next day and on both occasions explained and fixed the issue quickly

Excellent Customer Service from Mikyle M. He made everything very clear, was patient and kind. I'm really looking forward to being with Trooli broadband.

Great experience with Connor today. Managed to find an installation date the same week, and couldn't be more helpful!

I spoke to a guy called Connor who explained everything about changing my broadband from my current provider as Ive never done it before. He was really good at explaining things in a way I could understand . If the rest of the service is as good ill be an extremely happy bunny
