Good, all round experience
The sales process over the phone was easy. The full-fibre installation was quick and unobtrusive. It's early days, but the service is working very well, hitting target upload and download speeds with low latency. It's much cheaper than other providers too.
Very helpful customer service and installation staff.

Contract renewal with hardware changes
Contract was due for renewal but with some changes to the hardware which required a phone call to Trooli. Sacha was very helpful and made the necessary changes in minimum time. All very straightforward!
Also, waiting time for the call to be answered was minimal which isn't all that common an experience these days.
The only complaint is that the music while you're waiting is awful! :-]

Fantastic customer service and great connection
From the moment of ordering the customer service has been exceptional. Steven organised our install to coincide with our move in date, and kept us up to date resolving a blockage in the duct to our new property. It was all coordinated perfectly and we had super fast symmetrical broadband 2 days after we moved in. Communication was Steven was great and he went above and beyond to keep us up to date with the progress. The install was handled professionally by Shaun and John who did a great job and they had us up and running in a couple of hours. Highly recommend Trooli, half the price of EE and 10 times faster upload speeds!

Shaun and John
Shaun and John came out to get my wifi from Rise set up and they were very knowledgable and friendly. John took his shoes off inside the house and Shaun wore boot covers inside, which was greatly appreciated. Shaun answered all my questions about the wifi and waited until I was sure the wifi worked before departing.
