TuffShop Avis

I'll definitely use this company again
There was a supplier problem with the ordered boots, Nicky went out of her way to offer alternatives and persisted with the manufacturer to obtain a delivery date and kept an eye on the order until it was delivered.

Had an issue with shipping address due to using PayPal so called TuffShop direct to see if it was possible to change, Robert answered the phone and couldn’t be more helpful made it easy just asked for address no hassles job done even having the courtesy to send another email as verification very good customer service don’t get that often these days.

I bought a pair of portwest trousers and the button popped off, through DPD’s incompetency it was a long process getting the trousers back to portwest but Helen was very helpful throughout the process. I now have a replacement on order.

Tuff Shop offered some high-quality products for the site/casualwear, that I couldn’t really find anywhere else in the UK. Decent prices and excellent customer service as well. Jack (who I believe is based in Leeds) was particularly helpful, professional and quick with updating me on the status of my order.

Used Tuff shop a few times now and they have been great. Helen is always helpful when we place our orders, she is quick to communicate and iron out any problems and answer questions. Would highly recommend Tuff shop!

Tuffshop are new to me, but a super company. They have an excellent range of work products and their customer service is both prompt and friendly. For example, I have needed to return a pair of work boots for a different size. Helen Jackson from the Sales Dept has been really efficient and helpful in explaining the uncomplicated process. It's nice to have a real person to communicate with for once! Keep up the good work Tuffshop - I will definitely use you again. Thank you.

Great customer service. Robert Lodge was helpful and efficient and sorted my order straight away. 100% would recommend and will buy from here again.

Great service especially when needed to change an item last minute, owen made the changes no problem would highly recommend

Tuffshop are my number 1 go to for workwear a simple message to Helen and she has my order enquires in hand, design team send through proofs for approval and never any issues always first class service from start to finish 👍🏼

Jack was very polite and helpful via email with regards to my echange, which was also very easy. Recommend TuffShop 👌🏼

Excellent service thank you.
Special thanks to Helen Jackson

Great service & fantastic turnaround at such short notice especially to Nicky for making it happen

I have ordered from Tuffshop twice now and both times the service has been quick, friendly and helpful and the products great! There was some technical issues on my end with my last order and Jack was extremely helpful and quick at getting them resolved and my order arrived fast and Jack and the team had done an amazing job!

The only place for workwear 10/10

My order was processed very quickly and received in good time all items were the correct size with 1 item to be returned and Helen processed the return very efficiently and offered an exchange item or a refund.

Had a problem with ESD shoes. The person helping me with this is Helen. She has contacted me every day helping me collect the information needed for the supplier of the shoes. The outcome was to choose a replacement pair. Helen took time to ask what requirements I needed and then contacted several suppliers for me. Helen sent me her recommendation which are very suitable and my new shoes are to arrive within 2-3 days. Above and beyond helpful. Thank you Helen.

My experience was really good they sorted my issue within a few days I spoke to Helen Jackson she was really polite and understanding and got my issue sorted

Helen was great with customer support with a quick and friendly service.

Would recommend!

Great customer service. Good Communication.

Had a sizing issue with some Blaklader trousers I ordered, I followed the refund policy and sent them back a few days later. Jack was super swift in getting the right size shipped out to me with next day delivery. Very good customer service and will be ordering from them again.

Outstanding service as always from Nicky, Helen, and all at Tuff Shop-great range too…I have made several purchases over the last few years of various work trousers and shorts and have always been more than satisfied!

When contacting, the team respond quickly and keep me updated regarding my order status-no hesitation in recommending Tuff Shop in all respects-a very dependable and excellent service!

My latest order for 2 pairs of Snickers 6141 shorts was received safe and sound-great shorts, lightweight modern materials and extremely durable…since buying my last pair (a few years back), I have gained a bit of timber and needed the next size up! Having served as my go-to shorts for several years, they are now too tight, but remain in virtually as new condition-now worn by my 17 year old daughter!

Would not use any other supplier, and recommend wholeheartedly (great website too). 11/10, many thanks-Iain b (Brighton)
