TuffShop Avis

Quality customer service. Made a few last minute changes that were handled extremely fast by Helen Jackson

Would recommend

Used these guys for ages now and always dealt with Rob lodge who has always given me great advice and got me kitted out in great workwear.

Rang with an issue for trousers sizing in snickers, spoke to Rob who talked me through what he'd recommend. Sent the x2 pair I ordered back and he'd already processed my new ones. Top service 👌

I ordered two sets of PPE boots as I need some in a hurry, couldn't care which one fitted best. The website didn't state any delivery delays on either. A few days later, no delivery dispatch info, so I called in (because of no response via email or web site BTW!). I spoke to Helen Jackson, who not only could explain the issue delay with the order and understood the time frame pressures I was under, but she found and executed a solution, with comms to boot.
Whilst I'm unhappy that the website wasn't accurate, and that electronic comms is, from my perspective, totally ignored, I cannot fault Helen's speed of intervention and solution despite the lack of process from the company.

Have used Tuff Shop a lot now for workwear, deliveries are always on time and top quality! Helen is incredibly helpful and always responds quickly to any queries - thankyou!

Great service from Tuff as usual!!

Needed some branded PPE fast tracking for a major project and Bob Lodge managed to turn around extremely quickly!

High quality products as well as is always the case with Tuff

We regularly use TuffShop for corporate branded clothing.

Helen Jackson is always our point of contact, and never fails to promptly provide quotes, advise on products, and keen us updated at every stage of the purchasing process.

Would definitely recommend TuffShop.

Expertise from sales assistant Owen helping understand the range and options. Far better than shopping online, he understands the difference between each type of snickers workwear trousers and knee pads very well. Came away educated.

Very helpful and good communication, especially Helen Jackson who sorted my exchange for me, thank you Helen!

Needed to exchange recent purchase and Helen was great in sorting the issue out, especially helen being patient with the amount of emails I was having to send,,so big thanks to HELEN.

I had to do a double return after I made consecutive wrong orders from Tuff Shop (my fault).

On both occasions, the returns documentation and follow-up info came back to me within minutes and it was extremely well handled by Helen Jackson, for which I am very grateful.
