Exceptionally good customer service, with regular texts and updates, even called my daughter to make sure I was ok

I have only ever had good experiences. They are very informative whenever there’s a problem and are quick to rectify it. I can get on with life knowing they’ve got my back. What more could I ask?

Uk power Networks were excellent at keeping us updated on the unexpected power cut we had recently. I signed up for the text alerts and I was very happy with their updates.

During the powercut we were updated about the repair and estimated time of reconnection. No problem with the friendly staff and communications.

I am so happy with the service UK Power network provides.

Being of advancing years it's nice to be kept informed of any problems.

UKPN are always very quick to make contact when there’s an issue with the Electricity Supply and to inform you how they are dealing with the problem and how long it will take to resolve . They always seem vey efficient.

Useless company.
I contacted, as per instructed by my utilities company.
The person who took my call was all up for a fight verbally.
Making out I was wrong in what had happened.
In the end I cancelled/ended the call.
I called needing help. Not a load of why and wherefores.
I wouldnt give one star but cant comment without.
So back to square one and utilities company as to what to do next...life goes on

We lost power on the 30th of August, which is a weekend when we have the Nottinghill carnival on our doorstep. Within 10 minutes of losing power at 1.30 PM. we were contacted by UK powers to inform us about the loss and the reason behind it. Due to the carnival, they were unable to access the underground of the payment area where the cable had issues, they came in the evening at 9:30 pm and worked throughout the night to restore our power back to normal before the carnival activities started in the morning again. We were so pleased that we received updates every single hour on what was happening and we had full power in the property from 5 am on the 31st of August

Within forty minutes off reporting my loss of power an engineer arrived assessed the situation, then brought in a generator & quickly got us back with power.
Next day a team of engineers arrived , identified & rectified the fault, the following day tradesmen came in & did a excellent repair to our drive & path.

We lost power to our house 3-4 weeks back, I informed UKPN online, within 5min I received a call from UKPN customer service and engineer was in my home within 30min of the phone call. Great service, they managed to repair electrical issue also offered many options if they cannot repair the fault which was reassuring. Well-done to the UKPN
