UK Power Networks Avis 

Power off for 5 hours unexpectedly company were very efficient and kept us informed throughout no problem us calling them however many times we needed as we have electric health machines satisfied with the service 🤞

I experienced an unexpected power cut and contacted UK Power Networks. The customer service I received was outstanding.

Kathlyn was incredibly helpful, reassuring and informative. She took the time to explain the situation clearly, put me at ease, and went above and beyond by explaining other support available to me.

Once the power was restored, I also received a courtesy call from Sharmin to make sure we were okay and felt safe.

All round, exemplary customer service. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with!

Were brilliant, very fast service and the communication was excellent.

On the original power cut you were great but for the power cuts that followed over the next few days not a word.

Power was lost at 7am approximately. After reporting at around 8am we were told to expect resolution between 13:30 & 14:30. However, power was restored soon after 11am. Very quick service and comprehensive communication throughout.

Im always informed of any on going powercuts , and updated of any changes as they happern .

Kept us well informed within 10 mins of the power going out. Updates were regular with texts coming out with details of status of repair

Was really easy to get notifications of what was happening. The situation was dealt with speedily as that was one of the hottest day!

Timely, proactive and informative communication by text following a very short-lived power cut recently. Subsequently texted again asking me to confirm that power had been restored which it had.

When my neighbour had a power cut (is elderly) l dialled 105 for advice as .lt was after .7 pm. The operator was so helpful. Then when the whole block was affected an hour later , l received regular updates so we knew what was happening and what to do re food in the fridge and freezer if electricity not re connected within 12hours.,There was then a letter in the post with full information and that there would be a cheque on the post within 10 days as compensation as it was a power cut just over 12hours. I have just paid it in. All very helpful and timely.

UK Power responded quickly to my original call & kept me up to date at regular intervals.
Also liked to praise the onsite engineers who restored our power earlier than expected

Kept up to date all the time and with full information

I would like to commend UK Power Networks for their performance during a recent unplanned power cut. They messaged almost instant notifications re the fault and area affected with updates on progress. After power was restored a further check was made to confirm we were back on supply (which had been quickly put back on).
All very reassuring and minimised any stress due to the outage.

Really helpful service, excellent prompt messages with Network issues.
This service is very important, if you have a power cut, it's best to very quickly know there is a Network issue and not a wiring problem in your home.
