We were nfomed with a message and when I contacted the number given, found the person I spoke to incrdibly well briefed and informed, Our concerns were addressed and there was a follow up call to check with us that we had not been inconvenienced unduly. Thoroughly professional.

The immediate response from the call operators is clear and comprehensive and the ongoing communication is equally responsive. The emergency response engineers are equally professional and responsive. I have been very impressed.

We were informed of the power outage and kept up to date with the expected timing when we would be connected.

I had the same call handler throughout the time our electricity supply was down he called me with updates and his estimated time of when the power would be back on was absolutely correct.

The man and woman I spoke to were friendly, professional, very helpful and did what they said they would do. I received text messages to let me know the progress. I appreciated the phone call to check we were both ok. The service given impressed me.

The people I spoke to were helpful and informed, texts arrived as promised and waiting times to speak to someone were very short.

I cannot praise you enough. We landed to no power and called you at Heathrow. You were out within the hour and couldn’t have been more helpful. The next week was fraught with issues but UK power network were brilliant through.

We had a power cut for a couple of hours, but having prompt and clear communications was reassuring and helpful, and in fact the power came back on more quickly than predicted
