Great service over the phone
Moved into a new property and was unable to find the water meter - spoke to Caris over the phone who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Answered all of my questions over the course of 20 or so minutes. Couldn't have asked for anything more - thank you!

The person on the phone was very…good
The person on the phone was very helpful and put me InTouch with the right eople to sort my complaint. I wasn't happy and they understood why. I felt that I should have been informed that the that would take place would have an impact on me as I can't park my car on the drive and the mess they left was an absolute disgrace, even the men that have been since have commented on the mess. I'm still annoyed they didn't even give me a clean walk way on to my drive I went out with 5 buckets of water and brush in pouring rain. The date of my complaint was the 30/10/2026 this was the day after the work was done and not finished.

Faultless Service
Council workmen accidentally broke a man hole cover on my drive at 9am on a Saturday morning. They apologised and said they'll get it sorted. United Utilities arrived at 2pm and checked the damage and said a temporary cover will be arranged on the next working day. 8pm Saturday night, United Utilities returned and fitted a heavy cover safe enough to drive on. What more can I say. Faultless service.

The person came on time but couldn't fix the problem but he arranged for someone else to come and they couldn't fix it but they arranged for someone from uk gas and within minutes he new what the problem was and fixed it in less than 1hr he was brilliant

Bunty was very professional and polite,and came out to sort the blockage out in under 10 hours.
Plus the waste water was going onto the patio.my elderly neighbour said thank you too 😁

Useless service
Waited in - appointment cancelled at lat minute. Appointment rebooked and same thing happened. Leaking water meter running down wall of house not a priority after two weeks

Kitchen smells
The call handler on the phone actually took the time to listen to what I was saying, was sympathetic and gave me all the info I needed. I was impressed with him.
The two men that came out to fix the drain were also very nice. Explained what they were doing, located two fat blocks in the shared drain and removed them. They were polite and efficient. They came in the same day I logged the call!
