Fast efficient service. Walking stick is not only nice to look at with the pattern on it but it is very practical easy to use and very sturdy to reduce falls.

Latest - Refused refund saying damage is impact, so they think if stick bangs into anything it’s okay that the paint or plastic coating just starts falling off!
I’m in course of Chemo - I’ve hardly been banging stick around - terrible treatment and an absolute awful company to deal with.

Dreadful!!! Within two weeks of buying this stick, went to adjust height setting [on recommendation of my physio] and the button stuck in and would not come back out. Stuck with a walking stick about 60cm high now. Customer services said not covered under warranty! They could repair it if I paid to return it to them... and in the meantime, what do I do? Poor customer service [lady was very polite, just the company policy lets her down].

Absolutely thrilled with the cost, service and speed of delivery.
My nephew is too tall for the standard walking sticks. It came to a point when he needed a mobility aid full time and a walking stick that is too short makes it worse.
Everything he had seen was way too expensive on a fixed income but we found this stick for tall people and an erganomic handle within seconds on the website we found it, the price was very fair, i don't want to say cheap because that implies reduction in quality and the stick is extremely sturdy.
He got it within a week and it instantly made life a little easier.
