I want to extend a massive thank you to Dee and Simon who were incredibly helpful with placing my LED strip lighting order. They talked me through all the parts that would be required to power long strips of led lighting and ensured they provided the best price as well. They managed to ship the order out ASAP and I received it within 2 days.

After trying to log on to pay for our WLED order using my card rather than my wife's and finding it difficult ' old, techno phobe etc. I decided to phone this morning.
So glad, Simon picked up the order, efficient, had a full understanding of the required product and friendly with it ! We have been buying from WLED for over six years, always a pleasure and on this occasion an extra 20% off ! well done guys and girls !

The items that came where wrong
Even items were discussed before buying again via online chat- one led strip was also faulty I have ordered for special occasion for day it took to long I asked for refund they telling they not refund for led strip I end up buying from different suppliers spend extra money but 200£ cheaper than there led also 3 meter extra just been a headache.I never leave bad reviews at all but the guy on the chat wasn’t helpful - it’s not uk standard customer service maybe customer services need to be reviewed!

Have new kitchen and was advised to speak to Simon at wled..
He was amazing from the word hello , I told him what I wanted and he advised me on the best way to lay out the cob led lighting I needed
He helped me through to the end with everything step by step ..his customer service was absolutely 💯 👌

I wanted to replace a fluorescent light with an LED strip, and called WLED for advice. Simon took my call and guided me through my various options, patiently explaining anything I didn’t understand. The order was made and was delivered as quickly as could be expected. It proved easy to install, and I am pleased with the result.
I will definitely be using WLED for the next similar project.

I can’t speak highly enough of the good service I recieved from this company.

Wouldn’t use again paid for next day delivery and the items didn’t show up on time- when I contacted the team via message I was told it would be the two days after - but still took money for next day delivery. Asked for refund on the postage told that wasn’t available.

Used different lights now which have worked a treat and been half the price from a different company - I never leave bad reviews at all but the guy on the chat wasn’t helpful and it made me cross - previous houses we have always used this company - so they have been great in the past - maybe customer services need to be reviewed!

Great price. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately all Comms went into my spam folder but my fault not theirs. Very fast response from customer support when I queried.

Even though they sent the wrong item both initially and for a replacement, which caused me to have to wait over ten days without the correct bulb, they refused to refund for the inconvenience until i returned the wrong bulbs they had sent, due to no fault of my own. I have mobility issues and there's a reason i order things online, so going to a post office or drop-off point isn't easy for me. Their policy essentially blocks disabled people from receiving refunds and forces you to have to tolerate their incompetence and wait indefinitely for correct items, rather than just provide a refund as all legitimate companies do under the same circumstances

I was confused about what to buy to fit LED strip lights above and below new kitchen cupboards and to be wired into a switch. During an online chat with Simon he asked all the necessary questions and produce a quote. When I confirmed that I would order he generated the order and emailed me a confirmation. Brilliant! Thank you Simon for making it so easy.

Product received damaged during transport. Contacted wholesale LED who sorted out a replacement unit swiftly and without any hassle.

Recently bought some LED lights c/w controllers, transformers etc. From my initial online enquiry to order and delivery they were very helpful and the equipment is top quality. I’d had quotations from other suppliers who were considerably more expensive.
They’ve only been installed for a few weeks now but I’m very pleased with the outcome

I picked this company as they were first on Google search and after my experience they should stay there full time. I spoke with Daniel first then Kaz. Both these guys were absolutely top drawer. They knew everything, even my complicated Gibberish didnt throw them they knew exactly what i wanted. Both are a credit to the Company and were very professional, Knowledgeable and oh yeah the politeness they demonstrated was a breath of fresh air.
