I had an excellent experience with Wilson, staff and the company director, thanks especially to Matt Brown.
Firstly when I went to conclude PCP deal for a car. Matt and Ali helped me in this matter.
I had paid a £1,000 deposit without fully realising that I was committing to a non-refundable payment, and later on found that I cant buy a car from comapny account due to new HMRC rules to buy a car. Naturally, I was very worried that this would result in a significant financial loss.

As soon as I explained the situation to Matt, he was incredibly understanding and helpful. He immediately said not to worry and took the matter to the director, who was already at the company that day. They agreed to refund the money, and Matt emailed me straight away to confirm that the refund had been processed.

I was genuinely amazed by how quickly and kindly Matt handled everything. He turned what was a very stressful situation for me into a huge relief. His professionalism, empathy and willingness to help really stood out.

Thank you so much, Matt, and thank you to the director and Wilson team for your understanding and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate it!

I Would like to say a huge thank you to Fraiser, Bryan and Ollie for all their help recently.
After a horrific experience at another Chery dealership we were less then enthusiastic about trying to get things resolved.

We came into the dealership to start the ball rolling for our Mobility car . It was the easiest and smoothest transition I e ever experienced . Within 30 mins we were owners of a new car . Delivery was super fast and will receive the car in 4 days. Thanks Lucy you were amazing , she knows her stuff and gave us plenty of options , many thanks .

Van not charging

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. My son and I have repeatedly had to contact the garage ourselves to chase queries and updates, despite even copying in their customer service department. Unfortunately, they also failed to respond, leaving us feeling completely ignored and frustrated with the level of service.

Edit** It has not been resolved! I already emailed customer care, to which I received no response at all!

Freddie is a very helpful, polite chap, has assisted us with buying two cars now. Very happy.

Disappointing after-sales service
The service was very good and helpful up until I purchased the car. However, after the purchase, my experience changed completely.
I tried to contact them several times by email and phone regarding an issue, but I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, nobody ever did. I made several attempts to get in touch, but my calls were not answered and I was simply told that someone would get back to me.
I’m very disappointed with the after-sales communication and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I recently visited Wilsons Automobiles & Coachworks in Epsom to look for a car for my daughter, where we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mike Carty.
From the moment we arrived, Mike was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to show us the car, answer all our questions, and even explore different finance options for us. What impressed me most was his genuine approach—there was absolutely no pressure to buy, and he was courteous, patient and thorough throughout.
Although we ultimately decided not to purchase the car, I felt I should still take the time to leave this review because Mike’s professionalism and customer service were exceptional.
People like Mike are a real asset to a company and should make Wilsons proud. Thank you, Mike, for such a positive experience.

I would not recommend buying a car from Wilson Hyundai Epsom. In my experience, as soon as you leave the dealership, they stop caring about you as a customer.

I also strongly regret buying the extra warranty. In my opinion, it has not covered anything useful and feels like a complete waste of money.

The receptionist was also very arrogant and rude and was of no help at all, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.

I will never buy another car from Wilson Hyundai Epsom again, and I would not recommend others to do so based on my experience.

We had arranged to collect our car, a Fiat 500, that we had purchased for our daughter. On arrival we were told a member of staff was running late for access to the car. Then found the car hadn’t been cleaned inside or out the day before by the cleaners. Could we take delivery on the Monday. Not when I had paid for a taxi down to the car showroom and was not going to pay for one to go home. The salesman did there best to clean the car but we took it to a car cleaners near where we live and paid for it to be cleaned inside and out. It left me with a poor impression of the company and not one I would consider buying a car from again.

18/8/26 - Additionally when I drove about 2 miles down the road the tyre pressure warning light came on. When i went to a garage I found the 3 of the tyres had pressures higher than what they should be and one with a lower than recommended tyre pressure. Makes you wonder what else they haven’t done to the car.
