We had arranged to collect our car, a Fiat 500, that we had purchased for our daughter. On arrival we were told a member of staff was running late for access to the car. Then found the car hadn’t been cleaned inside or out the day before by the cleaners. Could we take delivery on the Monday. Not when I had paid for a taxi down to the car showroom and was not going to pay for one to go home. The salesman did there best to clean the car but we took it to a car cleaners near where we live and paid for it to be cleaned inside and out. It left me with a poor impression of the company and not one I would consider buying a car from again.
18/8/26 - Additionally when I drove about 2 miles down the road the tyre pressure warning light came on. When i went to a garage I found the 3 of the tyres had pressures higher than what they should be and one with a lower than recommended tyre pressure. Makes you wonder what else they haven’t done to the car.

Jodie was absolutely amazing
Jodie was absolutely amazing. So seamless and smooth from when we came into view a range of cars to actually purchasing. All of our queries were answered. Really nice follow up calls as well. Kept us updated without having to ask. Very friendly across Wilson’s. Everyone happy to help. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase. Would recommend.

Wilson’s trade parts are useless
Wilson’s trade parts are absolutely useless at there job. Oder parts one week before I needed them and then when I strip the car down they have supplied the incorrect gaskets. I then call back and the say sorry and order again and tell me they will be there the next day. I call the next day and the parts are still not there and then say they don’t know when I will get them. I speak to the manager and get nowhere. Every time I try to use this company I’m dissatisfied. Also there customer service is horrible and do t seem to care how badly they affect there customers. Useless all round. The parts just arrived and the manager lied he said only one gasket was pending and now on the invoice three are pending. Such liars. Don’t use them.

Excellent service at Wilsons.
We bought a new Vauxhall Corsa here today. The Wilsons Sales Executive was Mr Harry Hope who was friendly professional and very competent. Luckily for us we'd gone for a particular car in a particular colour and they had one in the showroom. We had an Adam with some problems to trade in. The process took 10 days or so because we'd lost the V5 but if we'd had it we could've done it quicker I'm sure. Harry kept in touch with us daily and once our ducks were lined up he gave us an appointment to go down, finish the paperwork and drive away in less than an hour. Fantastic, such good service and a lovely car.

He was so patient and helpful. After several unsuccessful trips to various used car showrooms with no joy, Mick helped my husband and I find just what we were looking for.
Mick is extremely knowledgeable and clearly a credit to Wilsons of Epsom.
I do hope Wilsons rethink letting staff resume the option to pay and use the electric charges for their own vehicles
