VERY DISAPPOINTING
I paid the extra for premium finish blinds, but blinds supplied were a poor quality and looked like plastic, NOT WOOD !
They looked nothing like their website images.
My complaints fell on deaf ears and any reply’s to my communications took days.
IF YOU WANT WOODEN BLINDS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !

First class service
Lovely oak blinds, followed measuring instructions ordered online, these were to be fitted in a recess and they fitted absolutely perfectly. They were delivered on the day promised, cannot fault the service would definitely recommend this company.
