Wooden Blinds Direct Avis 

I have used this company time and time again, and every single time I am impressed.
I am also a fan of the faux wood blind because they are easily wipeable and they are so good to look at you cannot tell they are not wood. Fantastic for bathrooms and kitchens where moisture is present. I use them everywhere anyway great quality always cut perfectly size And they fit. I have told multiple people about using this company, which is a good sign..

I’m disappointed in the gates that hold the blind are to big causing a gap that light comes through.
The cover that goes over the top is made of plastic and is so this and flimsy the screws provided went straight through despite following the instructions.

The blinds are nice.
There were no fitting instructions included so I wasted a lot of time trying to find some as you might expect it to be obvious, but as there are fittings included that are not required for our blinds its all very misleading.
Instructions were sent quickly once I phoned but still were inadequate for anyone who isn't good at working stuff out for themselves.

I ordered the Aspect white oak blinds in faux wood & am really pleased with them. The sizing is spot on and delivery was prompt.

Fantastic service and product easy to instal

The price was good but that maybe because the blind was plastic it was probably my fault for not reading the description correctly but when your ordering from a company that is called wooden blinds direct you would expect it to be made out of wood.
It fitted well and came quite quickly .

I first started using Wooden Blinds Direct 14 years ago at an old property, ordering around 6-7 blinds back then, and around the same at another property a few years later and after moving just over 2 weeks ago, we haven't hesitated to order more and we are currently in the process again. It's so simple to measure the width and drop and input the details and I've seen many more options, than before, and then fit the brackets etc. Highly recommended! Dave

Overall I am very happy with my order. I think this is the same company as blinds direct but the range of products and prices seemed different to me when I compared.

I ordered 9 sets of wooden venetian blinds all with slightly different measurements.

Received a notification they had been dispatched well withing the timeframe advised when ordering. Unfortunately the courier linear logistics kept rescheduling for some unknown reason and the tracking information was really poor. There was no way to contact the courier so I emailed woodenblindsdirect. They were unresponsive to emails but they were very helpful when I called them and after a couple of calls they had sorted the issue with the courier and delivery arrived today.

The delivery driver was friendly and careful, the blinds are well made and the different sizes I ordered were clearly labeled on the boxes. The instructions which are sent just after ordering are also really good and was able to put half of them up within a couple of hours.

Despite the frustration with the delivery (hence 4 stars) I am really happy with the overall service.

The blinds are excellent quality and made accurately to my measurements. They arrived earlier than the estimated date.

Good product at a competitive price however the fixings supplied are of poor quality and choice.

Good quality product, delivered in reasonable time, well packaged. Excellent instruction sheet and video. We fitted the blind easily and are very happy with the quality, colour, texture and fit. Constructive feedback would be that it would have been helpful to have an eta for delivery between ordering and arrival.

I've just received my second blind from Wooden Blinds Direct - my first was about 7 years ago in the bathroom, which still looks great. Time to order a new one for the kitchen after a redecoration project. Arrived in good time, and is EXACTLY as I hoped it would be - in fact, no, it's better. This time I ordered the ally cord pull knobs, which are really nicely made with a nice weight to them. In the last 7 years, the whole operating mechanism seems to be a lot more refined and smooth; twisting the slats and raising/lowering the blind is now far nicer (not that it's bad on my bathroom blind), very smooth and quiet. Overall quality is top notch and the fit is perfect within the window reveal. Will be ordering more, as/when for other other rooms, thanks guys!

Easy to order on website put my measurments in emailed me back to cinfirm my measurments. Recieved my order within 4 working days exact fit and very easy to install via the fitting instructions supplied.
