The wooden blinds arrived quickly…
The wooden blinds arrived quickly however the cord to lift and the cord to tilt are around 13 cm from the edge of the blind. This means on our blinds they practically hang down the middle of the blind. We said we were unhappy but because they are made to measure they will not refund. Sadly we won’t be using them again.

Nice looking blinds but quality is not great
Nice looking blinds but quality has reduced. I have bought from here before but these are defintely poorer quality. Cord has pulled out twice already, pull cord does not keep blinds level.

Blind arrived damaged and I have had
Blind arrived damaged and I have had no response to my emails. No luck getting through on the phone as yet.
Disappointed as I have had really good experience with them in the past.

Fast blind delivery but some issues
Fast delivery and nice blind at a reasonable price. Negatives: there there were no instructions on how to fix the trim across the top of the blind using the fixings provided - these did not match the ones in the installation video. Could not work it out so ended up buying velcro pads. Also you needed to cut the trim to size, which seemed strange as the blind was "made to measure". This required cutting to size, and not everyone might own an appropriate saw or would want to attempt this.

rod problem
blinds arrived - correct measurements, look good, but the rod that opens and closes the blinds was broken.
I asked for a replacement rod and more than a week later I'm still waiting for it ...
