"I have been trying to reach Managing Director Chris Brown regarding a £19,000 Bailey Phoenix claim with a recurring bed failure. My emails are bouncing and Aftersales says they 'don't handle refunds.' This is a formal rejection under the Consumer Rights Act. Please provide a working email address for legal service .Update, it is now 13.4.26 and still waiting for parts to come in to repair the beds. Been told by Bailey in to them on 28.4.26 then they have to ship them to Yorkshire Caravans. Been emailed tonight by Charles Proctor of Yorkshire Caravans saying I cannot reject the van because it’s still fit for use when my wife’s bed has totally gone through and all the hinge screws have smashed away. Also we now have two windows failed, sent pics but told by Raychel Burnett need more. Beware !!!!.Update 15.4.26 Still no sign of the parts, all gone quiet at Yorkshire Caravans had to send a rejection letter today. The stress this company has caused me and my wife is unbelievable. Update on my Google review they have said they have done a temporary repair to keep me going. I am now going to get photos to prove they haven’t touched my caravan. Would like to see a single email showing they offered or I tuck the van back to them. This is how they do business. Please check my Google review tomorrow for photos. Please note I am not on here to cause damage to this company they have plenty of good reviews but my personal involvement with them has been shocking except the hand over lady was fantastic .Update 17.4.26 formal rejection letter delivered and signed for 9.30am. UPDATE: Following the issues we had with our 2024 caravan, Yorkshire Caravans has now stepped in and resolved the matter completely. They have honored a full buyback . While the initial situation was difficult, I am very pleased with how professionally Peter and Charles handled the final resolution. They did the right thing by us, and we appreciate the fair outcome."

Debbie who we dealt with with our caravan sale was a lovely person extremely knowledgeable and very helpful . Took us through the process smoothly . Very supportive. Also Amanda and Kim in the leisure shop on site where also extremely helpful knowledge and friendly . A very nice smooth lovely experience with Yorkshire caravans & motor homes. I first came across Yorkshire Caravans and Motorhomes on TikTok while scrolling for caravan finds. I originally rang about a caravan I’d seen advertised, but it had unfortunately already sold.

While looking further, I noticed they stocked awnings. We’ve been searching for one for months and had visited a few camping shops, but the customer service elsewhere left us quite underwhelmed.

Today completely changed that. James was fantastic he talked us through everything, gave us plenty of options and patiently answered all my questions. I even told him when he first approached that I wasn’t there to buy… yet we left with an Isabella awning!

The shop is really well stocked and the customer service is the best we’ve experienced in the caravan world. Definitely worth the visit and a big big thank you to James!

We have recently downsized our caravan to fit our needs
So we needed a new awning to fit our new caravan.
We visited Yorkshire caravans awning section Dave helped by providing professional knowledge regarding all the different makes and models and supported us to choose a full awning to fit our caravan.
We appreciated the friendly approach and nothing was too much trouble,we would definitely recommend a visit
