Their customer service response rate is slow and I have been waiting for almost a month for them to release funds for returns that I made back to them in the beginning of May. The shoes themselves were fine but I definitely wouldn't order from them again.

Update: finally got confirmation of a refund. It happens eventually!

Update: customer service is fairly awful. Also for the record- even though they will email you over and over and over again about submitting a trust pilot review- i never got the promised $15 off coupon.

I have placed 2 orders so far, each time for 1 pair of sneakers and 1 pair of sandals.
What they dont tell you is that the sandals always seem to ship from the heart of China. Choose your size carefully because the shipping takes FOREVER. Ive had much better luck with the sneakers which seem to come from California. They are very comfy- I have 2 colors so far. They squeak when I walk, but dont activate my lymphadema in my foot and I think they look like cute sneakers rather than orthopedic shoes.

Just received my 2nd pair of shoes from Wydr. As soon as I saw the new Roxette Double-Strap Mini-Wedge Slides, I jumped on them. Super comfortable, very adjustable, and silver and black. What's not to love. I'll be ordering more from this company for sure!

Customer service was helpful in determining my correct size and returning the larger pair. The shoes are very comfortable and well made. It's nice to wear dress shoes and not have pinched toes.

I have always had trouble finding shoes that are cute AND wide enough. Wydr studios is SOO GOOD. Definitely feel quality. Unreal!

Definitely need to remember to size down. And like any other shoe they do need to sort of “break in” a bit. But definitely would recommend!!

My whole life I have had not just wide feet but a high instep making most cute feminine shoes impossible to access. Discovering Wydr - I am pretty sure it was an algorithm thing and I’ve never been so grateful to targeted marketing.

I own a pair of boots, a pair of lug loafers, gorgeous wedges, and a pair of cute summer slides that dress up or down. I was initially hesitant because of the price, in the ages of fast fashion and Amazon everything you never know what kind of quality you’ll get. These are the nicest shoes I’ve ever owned - higher quality than most shoes I’ve bought from brand names at Nordstrom. I was floored.

If you have wide feet - measure them, use the size chart and enjoy. I wish you all the cute, comfortable, well-fitting shoes you can handle!!

Have emailed 3 times no reply over 24 hours. Emails were sent during the business week. It took almost 3 weeks to get my order and when the shoes came I was out of town. Apparently I missed the return window. I would accept a merchandise credit, but since no one is replying to my emails I feel like I have wasted over $300. The 2 pairs of sneakers are labeled as a WW, but they are at best a MW aka MediumWide. The sandals are adjustable so i can make rhe width work, however one sandal strap was not stitched and it fell apart when I tried it on. No QC process, the one sandal is defective merchandise. I would like a new pair of sandals or have Wydr pay for the repair needed to make the sandal wearable.. Wydr deserves ZERO stars. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Shoes came punctually and are good quality.

Edited to add: Yesterday, June 4, 2026 I received an email with the return label attached. I'm sorry that it had to come to leaving bad reviews here and on Instagram in order to get them to respond.

Their customer service is abysmal. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's rehearsal dinner. The width and length were perfect, however the toe box wasn't tall enough and it mashed down on my big toenails. I couldn't walk or stand in them without pain. I initiated a return on April 24, 2026. I've heard from them only twice in that amount of time . First they wanted to ascertain that I did want to return them, and the second saying that they had sent a return label, but I never got it, and I checked all my spam folders. I don't understand why they didn't just send it along with that email, but they didn't. That last communication with them was May 18, 2026. Today is June 3,2026, and I have not heard from them since. I send messages quite often asking them to send a return label, but all I get is crickets. Do not order from them if there's even the slightest chance you may need to return them.

I was having such a hard time finding shoes for my sons wedding. I have wide feet and heel pain, so nothing was feeling comfortable. I finally ordered my first pair of Wydr shoes and not only were they beautiful but they were comfortable as well. I wore them all night long thru the ceremony, pictures, cocktail, dinner and dancing. Received lots of compliments on them as well. My daughter ordered from a different vendor and switched out of her shoes during the reception. She now wants to try Wydr. Ordering was easy and I received them in a timely manner. Love these shoes.

Aren't they the cutest shoes ever for wide feet? I've been struggling to find my perfect fit for decades and now i'm literally crying. They are comfortable with high-quality leather. I've been wearing them for months and I can say ill be their life long customer.

I now have 5 pair and I love every one of them! So comfy from the time you put them on. No break in time needed.

I have bought 6 pairs, and the loafers are the only ones that are simply toooo tight on my bunions. The sandals, white tennis shoes, and tall boots have been fabulous!

I love these shoes! Super comfortable and cute. They were a little big at the heel so I used a stick on pad and it's no problem. The width is perfect! I don't think about my feet all day anymore amd I love the square toe perforated style! I'd love to try more from the brand. It can be so hard to find cute shoes that fit me properly.

I am very impressed with WYDR. The website is very easy to navigate. The shoes are extremely stylish which is usually pushed to the side when you are ordering wide width shoes. I definitely recommend using the measurement suggestions when ordering. The customer service is very professional and return back with you extremely fast. These shoes are comfortable and lightweight!! I’m extremely happy that I found WYDR.

My granddaughter is legally blind and weigh 300 . These shoes balance her. These is the only shoe company that works for her. Wydr Shoes are excellent and strong shoes .

Firstly, shipping was very slow to aus, probably double expected time - which was difficult as I didn't have other shoes to wear to work!

However, they are sooo comfortable. I wear them everyday now. I have struggled for soooo long with my silly feet and these are genuinely wide. I would love if they started one size smaller, I'm a 36 so not every style will work, but it is an option I didn't have before and im grateful!

They are wearing a little faster than expected, time will tell!

Great and fashionable shoes for my extra wide feet with bunions. I have three pairs of Wydr shoes now. The quality is great and the shoes are super comfortable. My only request is for more styles!

The shoes are comfortable and versatile. I have no issues with the company itself; however, I encountered problems with their delivery system. The courier service used in my metropolitan area failed to deliver as scheduled. The shoes only arrived four days after a photograph was taken on someone's steps, indicating delivery had occurred. The company's customer service was responsive, but the delivery experience nearly overshadowed the overall purchasing process.
