The shoes looked nice but they didn't work for me. The hassle has been trying to return them. And now that they're finally giving me a refund on one pair and an exchange on the other, my refund amount is off and they haven't fixed it even after I emailed them about that too. (And before they try to claim 'it's because of shipping', no it's not, I didn't include the shipping price in my calculations.)

Their site claims "easy exchanges and returns", it's a lie. Honestly I had high hopes for this brand but this situation makes me not want to order from them ever again. These shoes are not worth the headache. Oh and btw they offered me a $15 voucher to write this review but that voucher is going to go to waste because I am NEVER buying from them again.

I have 3 pairs of shoes from Wydr now. One pair I wear almost daily. They are super cute flats and my feet feel great in them after being worn all day for work. I have a pair of loafers and slip on tennis shoes that I also really like but don’t wear as much. I have bought between an 11-12.5 and they feel pretty true to size.

I liked the look of the shoes and they fit width wise but they were too long and felt clunky with a flimsy strap. Initiated the returns process and from start to finish it was a nightmare. Questions I sent were ignored, and they asked for more info about my foot so they could give a size recommendation so I did and got ignored.
Refund was given but only for a random amount that didnt correlate with either pair of shoes or the total cost, had to follow up with them to get the rest of the refund. Then had to follow up again to get reimbursed for shipping cost and they only sent $5 but the shipping cost close to $30 by regular post!
Asked again about sizing recommendations since I really liked the shoes and they said theyd get back to me but nothing since!
AWFUL returns process and customer service. Never ordering again and dont recommend them at all.

customer service was great(: Wydr was very informative and helpful in my exchange process---because NOTE: SIZE DOWN 1 size!! if i had read that tip in the first place, no exchange would have been needed. i am very delighted with my purchase and now have 3 different pairs of Wydr shoes :D i highly HIGHLY recommend getting a pair! or 3 ;)

I have ordered 8 pair of shoes from WYDR over the last 3 months, and had to return 2 of them due to being way too big (yes, I used their recommended sizing charts). Delivery is slow, but understandable, with long gaps in shipping status due to international transport. Making a return is even slower, however - It’s been nearly a month, and I’m still waiting on my 2 refunds, and tracking shows they were received 3 weeks ago. Of the 6 pairs I kept, while comfortable, the first pair of red Mary Jane T-Straps I bought scratched terribly during the first wear, which was completely indoors on carpeted surfaces, worn for just 2 hours. I bumped one shoe against the other and it ripped off a chunk of the “leather”. Disappointed, as these are very expensive shoes, but stuck with them because it’s been more than 30 days since I received them, and hoping the others hold up better.

I bought three pairs of shoes (my first order through them). One pair arrived in about 10 days, and the other two took about three weeks (which I thought was a little long). The quality of two of the shoes was great, but one not so great - I will have to go to a bootmaker to have them repaired (the strap with elastic is not strong enough). I did write to the company with feedback, and after replying to my initial email, they said they would be in contact - and they haven't yet (that was 2 weeks ago). It is hard to buy shoes online when you can't try them on, so it is really annoying when you don't get something you are extremely happy about - especially when they are expensive shoes. I may order from them again, but I will look for other options too before I do.

I ordered the Blondie pointy toe shoes in black/gold and burgundy. I normally wear a size 9/9.5, and when I ordered that on Wydr, they were massive. They claim to have "hassle free returns," which was a lie. Upon emailing customer service, they said that I can return the shoes, but they sent me a return label that did not have my information (incorrect name, incorrect address) in the return field. When I told them this, they said that they use fake names for "confidentiality reasons." I argued with them back and fourth, and I poined out how sketchy this process was, but it was pointless because I was clearly getting the same (very clearly AI) responses back.

Twice, customer service said that they sent me a new return label and to check my spam folder, but it was not there. They never sent it, and they lied. I eventually caught the attention of their social media department, which was clearly a real person, and they just sent me the fake-name return label too. I realized that this was going nowhere, and I had no choice but to send $200 worth of shoes back with a fake return address and hope that I got my money. I then ordered a size 8, and they were still too big! My boyfriend is a size US 10 men's and they fit him perfectly.

I realized that I would need to use that same fake name return label, so I returned them again.
I ordered the size 7s, and they fit great.

The Blondie pointy toe shoes are advertised as adjustable--wrong. If you try to make the two buckles tighter, the strap just drags on the ground, and no, you can't just cut it without damaging the shoe. The sling back is not adjustable, and it should be.

I realize that this trust pilot review is going to get the same response from Wydr saying "we're so sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact our customer service team" and nothing will ever change.

Shoes look great otherwise, except I had to go two sizes down from my normal size.

The shoes look good. I was worried they might look low quality but they don't, they're made from good materials. And they are actually wide enough for my feet, hallelujah! No more foot pain from trying to squish into 'wide fit' shoes that are barely wider than normal and being told they'll stretch. Really happy I tried these.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes and some socks from Wydr so far, but I've yet to wear one pair and the socks. The shoes I have worn were comfortable right away. I wore the Iris Clog Mary Janes to a wedding and danced until the last song with no problems. The Mia Wedge Slides are *chef's kiss*.
When I did have an issue with delayed international shipping, Wydr's customer service was responsive, helpful, and friendly, giving me the impression they truly cared about my experience. As a girly with wide and girthy (high arch) feet, I typically carefully read reviews before purchasing shoes. With Wydr, it's refreshing to have so many options available. Given the numerous styles, I'm excited to order more shoes!

I originally order a set that unfortunately didn’t fit me. I started communicating with the support team to arrange an exchange. They answered all my question and every email I send. It was smooth transaction they send me the ones I wanted and OMG!!! I’m in love with this sandals. Beautiful color and extremely comfortable. They got a for life customer for sure 🙂. Thank you for everything.

I have trouble finding comfortable wide width shoes, plus I seem to have lost 1/2 size and didn’t know what size to buy. I decided to write to the company to share my measurements along with emails letting them know what size is take in other brands. Their recommendation was spot on. The shoes fit amazing right out of the box and are comfortable right out of box. Shipping takes awhile unless you upgrade your method. So far I’m completely happy, plus I get lots of compliments on them.

These cow print flats are absolutely lovely! They fit perfectly right out of the box and the square toe are incredibly comfortable to wear all day. It’s so hard to find flats that are both stylish and truly wide enough, but these exceeded my expectations.

I ordered my sandals, which have an adjustable, velcro strap back strap and they were the correct length, but the strap is almost not long enough. The quality of the sandals are great, the ankle strap is just short.

I love buying from this company. The shoes are gorgous and high quality. I wear a 6WW. I have two pairs of boots - Jolenes and Chelseas - and I had to take the insoles out of both of them to make them tall enough for my high instep, but the leather has stretched perfectly. My newest pair, ruched loafers, feel like heaven beneath my feet, but if anything are maybe a little big. I think I'm going to have to use the included insoles to snug them up, and I hope that the leather doesn't stretch too much over time. BUT, would definitely buy from WYDR again.

Let me start by saying how much I love this company. I love their shoes so much they are comfortable and well-made. other than my sneakers these are the shoes I wear the most. In addition I had a problem with an incorrect order, which was a mistake on my part. The company was so responsive and helpful with the exchange. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will keep purchasing from this company because they have great products and excellent customer service

Shoes were comfortable and sturdy right out of the box-- no break-in needed-- and are the only pointed toe shoe I've ever worn that's been secure and wide enough for my feet. Certainly the only pointed toe shoe with fun rivets I've ever been able to buy!

There are negatives, of course. I'd love more arch support, generally; if we have to add our own padding to parts of the shoe, I'd like there to be some kind of outline as to where it's supposed to go on each shoe; and some of the fits were wildly inconsistent. The Blondie fit me perfectly; the Colette had a half-inch gap in the back, even after sliding the insole in; and then a second pair of the Blondie in a different color fit me... mostly well, but one of the back straps hurt on the new color. Still, it's a very underserved market, I had no problem with returns, and I'm happy for what I've got.

The shoes are well made but definitely have fit issues. Shipping is SLOW. The real nightmare begins at the return/exchange stage. Good luck with either. If you exchange you may not receive it. If you want a refund they will stall and stall. It was even difficult to get a return label. I will never buy from Wydr again for these reasons.
May, 25,2026: yes, Wydr did FINALLY refund these shoes, however, I received an EXCHANGE for another pair of pink sandals I had returned when I asked for a REFUND. I have repeatedly asked for a return label and a REFUND but haven’t received ANY reply from WYDR. They did at one point ask me to change my review which I declined because I want buyers to know what issues they will have with this company which have NOT been corrected. Buy at your own risk.

Omgoodness, l have found shoes that fit my wide foot, that are are comfortable, trendy, reasonably priced and a company that was easy to deal with 😊
Please do not doubt your size. As a wide footed damsel l measured as advised, and being a new customer to this brand and ordering on line, l decided to go up a size…nope too big…..yes fellow wide footed damsels too big . Keep to your normal size.
