Waiting months for refund
I placed an order in April. By June it still hadn't been fulfilled so I cancelled it. Its now September and I still haven't been refunded. Absolute joke of a company.

Waited 3 weeks for a medication to be sent. CS kept saying I have urgently sent it to the pharmacy team after 3 weeks still nothing but excuses. Avoid if you need medication.

Scammers!!! Avoid!!!
Took order over 2 months ago. Took money but still not received order after 2 months. Spoken to Dev 4 times who everytime promises order will be despatched in 24 hours and will take 'personal' responsibility to ensure order will be despatched. Constant lies and different excuses given by different people everytime.

An absolute farce.
An absolute farce.
I placed an order on 13th July. I'm still waiting for my product. I have repeatedly phoned and emailed, upwards of 11 times each, and I've been told that I'll have my product by the end of the week. Nearly 2 months of this.
If you've been waiting for a shipment for that long, maybe dont take people's money.
I have asked for some kind of solution, either a refund or at least one of the items that I ordered and heard back absolutely nothing. My health has been completely set back and I can't afford to search elsewhere because they've kept my money!
Sort it out guys!

The worst experience
The worst experience. Order placed on 6th of August, ran out of medication last week. Given different reaons of why (no stock, status update mistake). Ignoring emails or providing incorrect reasons. No alternative or refund offered.

If I could give a minus I would
If I could give a minus I would. First time ordered took 2 months to receive my order. I gave them the benefit of the dought and placed another order when due my next does. Was meant to be shipped in 24-48 hours and a month later I’m trying to get my order canceled and refunded! Can’t get anyone in j the phone and email I’m told just be patient! Avoid.
