Shocking company, let’s play detective now!
I feel awful reading these as I am in the same position. It’s disgusting what has happened to us all.
If it’s any help I have noticed on my your Medicals account that the drs surgery in Leicester is down as my surgery which is not the case as I live in Essex. I wonder if it’s someone there that is meant to be the prescriber.
It’s Beaumont Leys Health Centre. The so called company your medicals is also in Leicester. My next point of call is calling this surgery to get answers!
CEO of your medicals is Mustafa Noorani. He’s on linked in. I suggest we all bombard his socials!
Currently I am in dispute with Klarna.
It’s honestly disgusting how we have been treated!

The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with.
In June I had a huge issue with getting Mounjaro despatched and delivered. I emailed and emailed to get a refund and it took weeks - I had to bombard them with emails. They don’t seem to reply to enquires and despite what their website says - they do not have a live chat. This should be concerning - and it is!
Against my better judgement, I decided to order from them on 20 August and selected next day delivery. It’s now 28 August and the order is still under review. 8 days later. Their website claims orders submitted before 11:30am gets approved and despatched that same day. Yet here we are 8 days later. After emailing over and over I finally got a reply yesterday (27 August) claiming there was a technical issue and that my order is in the dispatch queue.
What I don’t understand is if it was a technical issue why has it still not been resolved and updated on my orders page?
I gave them a call this afternoon and it was peculiar! It wasn’t like I was calling a call centre or pharmacy. It did say calls may be recorded but no background music and kept ringing out. Then a voice all of a sudden said “you are second in queue” before a lady answered whose English wasn’t the best. Again I didn’t hear anything in the background that implied a company or call centre and she didn’t appear to understand how things worked because she asked me how long was delivery - her words: was it 2 to 4 days for this item. I didn’t hear any typing but she said she had looked and saw my order was in despatch queue and had let them know I had called.
It was all so odd!! I’m completely convinced something strange is going on with this company. How can their website look so real and it’s ran by clowns?!
I will be looking further into this and reporting them to be investigated because something is not right here. Furthermore, the negative reviews posted here on trust pilot are astounding!
Your Medicals - send me my order!!!
Update: as of today - 28 August - Your Medicals have now been reported to consumer advice who work alongside trading standards.
FURTHER UPDATE as of 1 September, Your Medicals has replied to my review to repeat that my order is in the despatch queue. It’s only been in this magic queue for FOUR days. The reply is the same one I was emailed last week - it’s like it was copied and pasted. I’ve asked for a complaints team to contact me - I asked this on Friday 28 August but no word yet; however it was a bank holiday yesterday so I’m taking that into account.
New update:
On Wednesday 2 September I received an email saying they were treating it as urgent to be despatched and had contacted the warehouse with this. And nothing since. Another weekend without the order.
It’s now Friday 4 September still waiting on my order despatched.

Still waiting for refund
I have been waiting for a refund since 17th July. Have sent many emails and had numerous telephone calls. Always polite people answer them saying they will escalate it but still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous that I am having to wait so long. Get a mo e on and just give me my money back!

This company is absolutely shocking , I wouldn’t use these again if they were the last around , I ordered on 2nd of august , was approved on 14 of august , I ring ever week to be told we waiting shipment today it’s 29th of august and been told it will be another week for my weight loss treatment to arrive , that’s over one month before I get it
