Love wearing my watch. I feel much safer whilst on my own or outside.

I feel safer having the alarm watch to use in an emergency but I don't like the appearance. It is too bulky looking to wear on an evening out

Very pleased with my watch it responds immediately if I fall. You feel secure wherever you are. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is prone to falling.

Not had the need to use at the moment but feel that we have peace of mind knowing that Mum is wearing it for added safety

The whole procedure went very smoothly and with speed. all my questions were answered and the watch arrived the next day. my only criticism is that the fall detection is very sensitive, though really that is good but I now can't shake my washing as it leave the washer as it detects that I have fallen!

The product was 1st class, in so much it was easy to use all aspects of the programmes. Equally, the response from the monitoring staff was both professional and very helpful and a credit to the company.

I had been recommended the watch and found the ordering very easy and the staff so very helpful The watch arrived fully charged with clear instructions about each part. I opted for fall detector but after several days with fall being detected while I was not moving I had this part cancelled as it stressed me out as constantly checking the watch. Once again the staff so helpful and I received a refund promptly for that part. I am very happy with my purchase especially when I am out and about as I can still call for help.

So Far because i cant get out very much due to arthritis in Back, Hip And Knees i wear the watch turned off with my other watch on my other wrist.
this is to preserve the battery for when i go out & as it is on my wrist i wont have to worry about fforgetting it.
The service is polite & cheerful as well as suportive in a reliable way

It was easy to do and all was set up also had problems with charger and a new one was sent to me as soon as possible I feel safer knowing that I can get help if needed

So easy to contact the team if you need them. They even contact me if mum forgets to charge the watch. The best thing is that it can be used outside for falls and other emergencies. It gives me comfort knowing that there is always someone there when I am not able to be.

I now have peace of mind knowing that help is at hand
I had a problem with payment but the agent sorted it out for me. I was treated with respect. A very good experience
