A very professional and helpful Company.
YourStride were very professional and helpful regarding my order. Their service has been very good. Since my dear wife Jackie passed away after 65 years together I live on my own. It is very reassuring to know that at 82 I have to just press a button if I need help at any time.

Helpful, thorough, caring people, there when I needed them
Helpful people online & on phone. Ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. It fits well on my smaller wrists, but looks good when my relative tried it on her larger wrist. Sensitivity is excellent and a real person answers very quickly when I stumbled, very reassuring and they were so kind. Easy to turn off if I set it off by mistake. And when I did stumble and end up at hospital,the team tracked me down and spoke to my granddaughter on my landline to make sure I was OK. Fantastic Service all round Thank you I am really happy with it.

Excellent customer service on purchasing through to receiving and actually using the watch. Great communication and easy process to ensure the watch comes personalized. Also an easy to use website to monitor the wearer and the GPS function is brilliant.

The monitor is robust
The monitor is robust, handy to know how many steps you have taken and blood pressure, pulse and heart rate as well as the primary function to keep you safe. It is comforting to know that you are checked up on by Your Stride occasionally.

I was trying to open a new bag to fit…
I was trying to open a new bag to fit into my indoor bin, when the shaking of the I soke bag triggered my watch to tell me a fall had been detected. I spoke to a very nice lady , who then rang my land line as she had a job to hear me clearly. I wasn't made to feel a nuisance as I had unwitting set the alarm off. I also have to remove the watch when I do crocheting, as that makes my step count increase.
