Kind and respectful staff who didn’t grumble when my watch kept saying fall indicated when infact I was gardening.

The length of the battery concerns me as it tends to need charging more frequently than I first thought

Thus far, the service we have received has been first class. The support team are always friendly, professional and very empathetic. Glass alarms are handled sensitively and the Aftersales service has been excellent. The watch is great and works about 95% of the time to alert falls, this is dependent on the nature of the fall, trip or stumble. You can always press the emergency button anytime, assuming you are conscious. Great value for money compared to my previous devices. Would recommend.

Not happy with the strap, and sad that it cannot be worn in the shower

The watch is easy to recharge, and I can keep track of the number of steps I take each day and also check my heart rate.

Good service, only had it a few weeks, but response is excellent

The principle is good but the battery life is abysmal. These are for disabled, those living alone, aged, memory loss etc etc. My wife cannot cope with the short battery life without me. Just 72 hrs is our experience. Now have to write on calendar each time we charge. I've got a sports watch, does an awful lot, lasts at least 12 days between charges. Why not Stride?

Your Stride provide an extremely good service. They keep us informed about everything we need to know. We have never actually needed to use the watch yet to alert us if my husband feels ill or has had a fall but we have every confidence that if required it will meet our expectations and fulfill our needs. It has given us peace of mind if my husband has to be in the house on his own for an hour or two, and their back up service reassures us.

Great product, quickly delivered, already set up, and excellent friendly support team. Very happy with my purchase.
