Helpful and polite

Spoke to a polite and helpful person when I placed the order. Love the look of the watch(that it looks just like wearing a smart watch) and the simplicity, plus the fact that it's delivered ready to wear, without complications of how to set it up!
Only very slight negative point, is even though 'fall alert in on low' tends to still set alarm, plus battery needs regular charging. It's a shame that it's not shower proof but do understand why. These are minor problems and overall I am very happy and satisfied with the watch.

The system was too sensitive at times.
eg. Sounding when I was sitting and taking it off so I could go for a bath.

Did not go off at all when I fell in the kitchen

Ultra quick service. I had barely completed my application when both my daughter and my son telephoned me to say that they had been notified that they would be contacted if I needed help. The watch arrived the following morning and works perfectly. The watch sometimes activates if I knock something, but the alert is easily cancelled.

The Staff are very helpful a patient and the wristwatch works very well.,and helps me to feel quite confident
when out and about.

I subscribed to my local council's Community Alarm until I saw a YourStride advert on TV. Not only is the YourStride system less expensive, it tracks you wherever you go and you're just a button press away from their response team. There's an additional fall alarm which acts autonomously should you have a bad fall which costs a small extra monthly premium. With Community Alarm there's no fall alarm service and the range is limited to in and around the home. I thoroughly recommend the YourStride system. Check it out!

For me a l feel safer knowing there is someone at the end of the phone.l have had many nasty falls two of which l ended up in Hospital.One fall I was in the rain for 3 hours before help arrived

The Stride watch is for my son and so far it has been working well in the low setting which does go off occasionally so know it works well. Easy to cancel anyway if false alarm. Jean (Gary’s mother). Regards.

I placed my order 2 days later the watch arrived. The watch was set up and ready to wear.
I set up the contacts in mins. Spoke to the .ady st YourStride and it was that easy.
