Impossible to make changes in the portal
Why is it impossible to make changes online within the portal?, every time I click "make changes" it reports the site is having technical issues, sounds like a ruse to justify a call centre and get your customers to phone, like its 1990 again. Even asking your virtual bot system how to get in touch, it tells me to use the make changes tab in the portal, the one which doesn't work (and you must know it doesn't work by now), at least program the bot to display a contact number so I don't have to go searching. I guess i'm going to spend all of the weekend in a call queue......

YouQuotationsrs was the lowest quote
Yours was the lowest quote, but as with other quotes extras needed to be put on. On the final total I found yours was the better quote. I do minimal driving 800 miles per annum but obviously this is not taken into account as with other insurers
