I have plenty of clean history with various companies inserted the data for my new purchase and paid in full only to discover that 2 days later the policy was cancelled 😞 for supposedly misinformation inserted
No call no message
Just an email that got into my spam inbox
And I’m the one driving like an idiotic uninsured on the road. Thanks a lot to “Zenith “

Impossible to make changes in the portal
Why is it impossible to make changes online within the portal?, every time I click "make changes" it reports the site is having technical issues, sounds like a ruse to justify a call centre and get your customers to phone, like its 1990 again. Even asking your virtual bot system how to get in touch, it tells me to use the make changes tab in the portal, the one which doesn't work (and you must know it doesn't work by now), at least program the bot to display a contact number so I don't have to go searching. I guess i'm going to spend all of the weekend in a call queue......
