Excellent easy service

When you think about brokers, most people will shy away thinking that the majority of them are on this planet to get as much commission and product sales possible for themselves. You may be thinking right but on a very rare occasion you will find a company that are totally focused on you as a customer, irrelevant of the any financial gain to themselves. 1st Business Connections are the brokers you need on your side. We asked for help with our business energy, and they stepped up to the mark and even went further than we ever expected. They found us a deal on our energy and done all the legwork to get contracts done. We signed documents and we were very satisfied even at this point. However, 1st Business Connections (especially our advisor Jordon) continued to work in the background and after receiving some figures they acted on our best interest and canceled the product as it turned out we would be paying more in the long run.
1st Business Connections have and still are 100% backing us and walking us through the minefields at no financial gain to themselves and as a charity we cannot give them enough praise.
Thank you for your continued support.

Really happy with 1st business. They helped me setting up the electricity at our newest shop. They have been that good that I have also got them to sort out the electricity and gas at 1 of our other shops that is due to run out. Their no nonsense approach has been very refreshing. I have had a few calls from different brokers about our new shop and they were extremely pushy and rude. But the service I have received from Jordan has been excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone other business owners looking to get a great deal

They sorted out our supply quickly. Very helpful and professional

Jordan was great, he saved me £400 because an electric company was going to charge me an advanced payment.
When I was worries he assured me the best way to proceed and everything has worked out well and I didn’t have to pay that advanced charge!

Will use again.

I’ve used this company for a few of my properties now. My most recent premises would have been a real struggle to sort out if it hadn’t been for the help I received from Bobby and Christine. They help me arrange all the documents required and filled in the necessary forms for me. I will always contact 1st business connections for future properties. Takes the stress right out of it

Rachel has been an amazing help from the start! Can’t recommend them enough. Super knowledgeable and helpful.

Thank you Bobby helped with 3 of my properties, got me a great deal all with the supplier explained everything really well, and also made the process easy an stress free for me. Will definitely recommend .

Thank you all so so much, especially Bobby! I was having such a difficult time setting up my own electricity when I got my new shop. Praise the lord I got a call from your company!! I really don’t know how I could have sorted this changing tenancy without your help. I’m finally up and running with a new supplier. Can’t recommend you enough!

Thank you George and Jordan for helping me with my energy accounts for my new business! Very professional and actually asked me what I wanted instead of trying to force a contract on me like other companies did! Couldn't be happier with their service! Lovely pair of lads thanks you!
