This is genuinely harassment, I have been called 32 times within the past week by these people.

I have told them on numerous occasions that I am not the person they are looking for.

I dont know how many times I have to swear and screaming at them to get them to stop calling me.

Bobby was really helpful and did a great job.

After multiple brokers calling me trying to force me onto contracts Bobby allowed me time to make the right decision for me and has helped me with everything energy related since. Truly a company that value their customers unlike others in the industry

Brilliant customer service from Jordan, I was having issues switching my supplier as I hadn’t told my supplier I was in the premises. Jordan handled my change over with no issues. I would highly recommend!

Had my business premises 3 months and was struggling affording my energy bills, thankfully Jordan advised me I was paying an out of contract rate and and reduced my bills massively. I waited until I'd received my 1st bill to write this review and I can't thank you enough!

Non stop calls from these people: Jake, Lucy and Lauren. I called Jake back and said we want to be removed from the database and still we are receiving calls. I just called him again and he put the phone down on me. Next step ICO

Massive thank you to Bobby, Jordan and Dave who have felt with me. I have recently been duped into a contract with Yorkshire gas and power by being miss sold and told the wrong information. This meant I couldn’t make the best decision possible for myself and my business. I’m so grateful that I answered their phone call as they have all been behind helpful, especially Bobby. He has been following up with calls to check how I’m getting on and helping me resolve things. Nice to know there’s actually honest people left in this world. As someone who’s young and never had a property before, it definitely puts doubt in your mind with who you can and can’t trust. In future, thanks to these kind people, I’ll know who to avoid!!!

Having issue with our electrical supplier and Bobby has been a massive help with an on going problem with the electrical supplier.

Absolutely brilliant service, I have waited a few months to write this review just to see if everything turned out as they said it would, I changed electric supply but the current supplier tried to block the transfer, Bobby at 1st Business helped me through it, I did a letter of authorisation and let Bobby handle everything, he called me to keep me updated on the progress and even got charges refunded from the current supplier, any review moaning about being called should just listen to what they have to say and how they can help instead of leaving bad reviews, do not be put off by the Karen’s that take pleasure in bad mouthing a company that are genuinely trying to help, I could not be happier with the help I have had from 1st Business connections

3rd call today from this company from the 'change of tenancy' team. Sales call despite being our company TPS registered. Claim that my meter hasn't been registered properly with a supplier and they can 'help me'. In essence, they are just trying to sell me energy and got hold of my name off a list that tells people when someone has moved into a property.

Claim they are not trying to sell me anything - just help get my meter registered.... then start asking what kind of deal I'm looking for...

As per the other complaints on Trust Pilot, will no doubt respond to this, like the others, by asking for my telephone number and claiming they never tried to call.

Have been contacted 8 times by this company this morning. Each time I have told them to remove my number and stop calling. They make out that your business water supply has not been renewed and they want to sign you up when in fact this is not true. Harassment to call someone multiple times after requesting not to be contacted

*****to your response… I am being contacted by multiple people claiming to be from your business, send me an email and I can send screenshots. I am certainly NOT mistaking you for another company as on the 6th, 7th and 8th call, I triple confirmed who was calling me !

Lucy contacted me and explained that my meter was being charged on a higher rate I then spoke to Bobby who was brilliant at finding me a supplier and price that was best for my industry type highly recommend 1st business 👌
