1st Business Connections Avis

Excellent service from Bobby & Declan during the stressful change of lease on my business premise

Declan was just brilliant and so helpful in navigating the right products for me. Not pushy at all. Would highly recommend

Jordan contacted me advising me that I was potentially at risk of having the meter removed from my business after the previous owner left a debt on the account. I was a bit sceptical about it at first as I have been trying to deal with the situation myself but to no avail. Jordan explained the situation thoroughly, gave me time to think and called me back to sort it out as I wanted to do my own homework first. I can’t fault Jordan who has taken the stress off me and has / is still sorting it out to get the other company to release me.

Amazing and friendly company I was recieving loads of calls people being rude and not explaining anything correctly but I then received a call from Bobby from 1st business who made my day lol!! explained everything to me every step of the way he also managed to get me a great deal for my electric and gas I highly recommend 1st business to anyone who needs help with there electric and gas great company thanks guys!!!

Bobby has been very helpful with navigating me through the valda app and correctly putting in my meter readings as I wait for my smart meter installment.

Bobby the gentleman who I dealt with has been absolutely fabulous with my transition into a new business premises.
He helped step by step and calls regularly to check there are no issues and if there is he has sought to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

Outstanding service

Nobody warned me when I initially moved my business into a premises just how much work is involved. I didn't have any time left in the day to even think about energy suppliers. Luckily the team at 1st Business Connections were able to help me. They worked around my busy schedule, went out of their way to cotact me at appropriate times for me and were extremely understanding of how much was on my plate and had all the patience in the world with me. Very polite, extremely professional and they sourced me the cheapest possible supplier at that time and I'm now on an agreement that is affordable and straightforward. Obviously I did my research before writing this review and they were right. I'm on the cheapest possible tarriff. They do EXACTLY what they promise.
10/10 service from everyone I dealt with there.

Extremely happy with 1st business and how they have helped me with getting the electricity set up for my new shop. Very friendly and informative, made me feel comfortable with it all as I was unsure what I needed to do. I was relieved to have spoken to them and have all the options explained to me. I had other people calling me but they weren’t as helpful and also the prices weren’t as low. The communication with 1st business has been brilliant so thank you for everything you’ve done for me
