Switched this year and had occasion to use them. The process was quick, professional and straightforward.

Bought insurance for my cockapoo pup fot through to a girl called Claire from Galway but now living in Cork. She had the funniest accent I have ever heard anyway what a gem to have working for Agria she couldn't be any more professional if she tried everything was explained in detail and she made sure I got the cover that I wanted. I would clone this girl if I was on the management team or get her promoted to instructor or supervisor!!

New to Agria this year having been with a different insurer for years. I had not heard of them before but thought I would give them a try. I have to say they were brilliant! Our cat was injured and dislocated his hip after being hit by a car and had to have an operation. We were dealing with Sarah in claims and she was fantastic. Claim was settled and paid promptly. I highly recommend them.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was deserved.

I’ve insured my cats with Agria for years and unfortunately recently had to make a large claim after losing my beloved cat, Tini, to a sudden and severe illness. The claim was reviewed incredibly quickly, communication was clear and compassionate, and there were no issues whatsoever. They even covered part of the cremation costs, which was a thoughtful surprise.

I’ve had to claim once before, several years ago for another cat with cancer, and my experience was equally positive then. In both cases, the process was straightforward, fair and handled with professionalism.

Nobody wants to need pet insurance, but when the worst happens, you want a company that does what it promises. Agria has done that for me every time.

My advice to other pet owners is simple: insure your pets early, keep their vaccinations and veterinary care up to date, and if an emergency ever happens, you’ll be grateful to have the cover in place.

I took out Agria Pet Insurance in March 2024 for my then 6 year old rescue cat . Agria insurance has been a fantastic help to me . Luckily my cat only had minor illnesses up to March 2026 but when she became unexpectedly ill and wouldnt eat earlier this month , she needed much veterinary care and an operation . The vet bills very quickly run into thousands of euro and Agria has been exceptionally helpful and supportive in covering her care . My claims were settled easily and quickly . I cannot recommend Agria highly enough if you want to make sure your pet gets the care they need when unexpected illness strikes . Hopefully you will not need to make a claim but I still believe that the small Agria premium is an essential investment just for your peace of mind . Your pet is your family and peace of mind is less than the price of a coffee once a week . I will be staying with Agria every year from now on .

Dealing with claim was quick and easy.

Been with Agria for 6 years and have submitted a couple of claims. All have been dealt with quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Staff seem very professional and friendly

Had to make a claim for our cat pre Christmas and it was all dealt with quickly and with no hassle. Have since had to make another one and same outcome. I hoped when I got pet insurance I'd never need to use it, but so glad I had it. Would highly recommend Agria
