Can not make any detremental comments for this company. From Brain the sales person right through to Kieren the electrician yesterday. They were very informative and professional. Keirin was busy as his apprentice was sick tha day so he must have been shattered by night time with the running up and down he did. The men fixing the panels to the roof were very good too.
All in, I would recommend this company for presentation and delivery of the work a few weeks later. Polite and very helpful. Good work and very tidy to. They refused my cups of tea etc as they came prepared. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone .

First contacted the company in early march- great service with the pre sale quote/information received. We were happy with price and were given a date for late march to install. Scaffolding went up day before install date. On install day they could only do half the work and came back to complete a few days later. No complaints with this work. The scaffolding remained up for 4 weeks even tho we sent numerous emails asking for it to be removed. The main issue we have is we still haven’t received the correct paperwork! We received a digital pack a few weeks after the install and it had someone else’s details ie name/address/quote etc.
We flagged this up and still waiting for the correct copy- 13 weeks since install! Numerous emails sent and numerous promises that they will look into it! Due to this delay we have lost out on benefiting from the export solar and lost money.
We have had a couple of neighbours ask us information regarding company that installed the solar panels but I’ve been reluctant to recommend AJ Renewables due to the issues we have had regarding paperwork/aftersales.

Update- since posting this AJ renewables have been in touch with the paperwork but once again it’s wrong and once again no reply to an email sent requesting it to be corrected!!

Everyone was very efficient, helpful and friendly.

The workmen did an efficient job, They were and unintrusive and very polite. They worked quickly and did not make a mess. We are delighted with the result.

The installation of the equipment was carried out in a highly professional manner.

From start to finish this company was very good. I had already installed a small solar system into my campervan so had a good idea of how solar worked. A very friendly Scott told me all about their system and didn't bore me to death with the stuff I had no interest / already knew about. He discussed things I hadn't thought about and got the right system for my needs. I only had to wait a week for installation and, due to a cancellation got my system in earlier. The men worked quick and were all very friendly, respectful and polite. Tidied up at the back of them and showed me the app. After a small glitch the men returned promptly to fix it (glad I got a local company) and I am now an ecoflow app addict. The system is working better than I expected and works well even on a dull day. Also my electric comany's smart meter app is telling me my bill is pennies instead of pounds pre install. Would recommend them to anyone.

Scott was extremely helpful to us, the level of information was second to none, delivered in a friendly and uncomplicated manner.

I've given 3 stars for these reasons -
I give 5 stars to the installers - electrician Rory was in our house problem solving the installation till 9.30pm. His work was neat and tidy. Sean came to complete the work and was very helpful and explained everything well. The team who installed the panels were great too. However, back office seemed always to be in chaos. I had to phone and email to chase up appointments, documents many times. This caused delays in connection.

Fantastic Solar installers covering Scotland. Designed with no stress, gave me exactly what I needed and handled all paperwork needed to get approval. Scaffolding arrived day before installation and quickly erected. Installers arrived on time despite having to come from quite a distance. Guys were great, and put up with all my questions as I flitted around like an expectant father! Very neat installation, the guys treated everything like it was their own house. Because it was such a large installation, it took an extra day but Alistair at head office managed to get jobs rearranged so that it was completed the next business day. Despite the horrible weather the guys soldiered on and by the afternoon we were making leccie ! I highly recommend this company for expert design, installation and a fair price. Many thanks to the whole team!

AJ Renwables were very helpful in explaining the benefits of installing their battery system to link with our existing solar panels. The installers were very efficient & helpful when filling the battery & explaining how it worked.

Excellent high class service, completed on time, contractors were polite and very helpful explaining everything to us and assisting with apps.

Arrived on time, cleaned up any mess and answered all my questions.

We had our installation of solar panels, batteries and EV charger last week and we are delighted with the install, very professional from the guys and already seeing the benefit of the panels already.We would highly recommend AJ renewable to anyone looking for solar panels.

All staff I dealt with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions.
When a problem developed they listened to my concerns and after being unable to fix it remotely they arranged for a home visit.

The installers were friendly, helpful & efficient.

Sales advice was most helpful, lead time to installation from order was just seven days. On the day staff were prompt and left everything neat and tidy. Good experience all round.

Friendly staff, tidy neat professional

I was getting a new battery fitted to my solar panel system and after a few false starts when they couldn't manage on the days booked in all then moved very well. Staff that arrived to carry out the fitting were polite and helpful, back office from accounts team to Ryan as point of contact were equally as polite and efficient. EON who control my FIT payments made quite high demands over paperwork and again all office staff were very helpful in ensuring this completed correctly, well done and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

The owners of this business went above and beyond. The install is faultless and very tidy and everything was cleaned up and left spotless. I opted for solar and a battery install and all the team at AJ Renewables knew exactly what they were doing. Looking forward to saving some money now.
