I worked with Lewis and can say he did support me through the process, always answered messages and calls quickly and when I was ready to give up he found a mortgage and secured the deal. Really pleased with service. After offer received, Rachel and Brad looked after all paperwork, updates etc until finish line -never had an issue with them and again super speedy answers and communication.
However, giving 4 stars as when my broker was on holiday - I felt like nobody knew my case and missed passing over important information (I e. Rejected application). Definitely would recommend 😊

Ashley is a credit to this company. He was so reassuring, I was worried about losing the house due to previously being declined due to financial association with my ex husband from a previous broker. Ashley got the ball rolling, explained the process and reassured me.

I contacted WTBSN after I had a mortgage application declined by my bank.
As a first time buyer I was completely lost with what to do and the team at Alder Rose did so much to guide me through the process and find the right mortgage for me.
There have been a few ups and downs and everyone I have spoken to has been helpful and kind. I particularly want to call out Danielle, Laura and Sam J who have managed to talk me through some stressful situations and have restored my faith in others.
