Terrible service: a visit to their website to view one of their listings results in a torrent of nuisance emails pestering me to progress my enquiry which is very worrying. When one contacts them by messenger about it, they just send an auto-reply. When one contacts them by email about it, they just ignore you. It's not a very personal, or professional, service.
19/08/26 - Update- further to their reply, I have contacted them (after 3 weeks I hope third time lucky !) to ask for an explanation regarding the unsolicited emails: I shall post a further update when/if I have one.

Open and transparent from day one. Very attentive service. Clear communication and practical, honest advice. I mainly dealt with Jenny who really knows her job and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

As a novice buyer I found the experience good but a bit of a roller coaster ride that cost a bit more than planned. The costs are in the legal pack but spread out over the pack and I did miss a couple. Read the pack very carefully. The buyer (me) in my case paid for all of the sellers fees. Solicitors fees, The sellers auction fees and the sellers searches which were all more expensive than mine. Find them in the pack write then down.
They recommended me a Solicitor who quoted then added two more fees on top. Then told me I needed all the money to be ready and waiting. On the plus side I had the the keys in ten days. Good service, if they delay start nagging straight away. allow 15 per cent fees.

We haven’t bought through auction before so called to discuss before we take the plunge. We spoke with Jo who was really helpful she answered all our questions (and we had a lot!) she was really thorough and patient. When we decide to buy we will definitely do so through Auction House South Yorkshire.

I found Melanie and the team responsive and prompt in their communication. Easy to deal with and ensured the transaction progressed well. Highly recommend

It was an absolute please to work with Puja on the sale of our property. She is extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us secure the sale for a price we are very pleased with. Next time we sell a property be will go strange to Auction House London and ask for Puja Rawal.
