I recently bought a property through Auction House and couldn't fault the friendly and efficient service. Prior to auction I called the office for information and received everything I needed. Viewing was easy to arrange and the agent was excellent. I found the whole process simple and effective. The completion service was also very good. If I were to buy a property again I would definitely look to Auction House first.

Hannah guided me through the sale of my house from day one right through and after the sale of my house, she just new it would sell and it would do very well, she was intuch with me all the way, Hannah is very good at her job, 100% happy with how things went and would recomend Auction house UK.

I am very pleased with Auction House with selling an investment property in Norwich. I didn't want the property sat empty for 6-9-12 months with slow processes in Conveyancing and chains, the house costs me over £1000 per month so I choose to sell at Auction. Abbie Willett and the auctioneer Bryan Baxter got it sold, they do so in a tight timescale & I will have funds in my account 7 weeks after it was 1st advertised. These people are very good at what they do and any seller wanting a fast & secure sale, this is who to sell with!!

Auction House were great in selling what was a very unique structure, 4 underground chambers!
They marketed it well and kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process.
Everyone i dealt with, in person and over the phone, was excellent, professional and friendly.
I would definitely use them again if i ever have another underground bunker to sell!

Philippa and Molly were great with communicating, arranged a couple viewings prior to purchase. Professional, courteous and a delight.

Auction house made my house buying process very easy. Exactly a week after buying the house I completed. Philippa especially was very helpful (and patient) with my endless calls and made me feel at ease going to auction for the first time. They were transparent about fees even though I had my solicitors got through the packs there was nothing hidden. Would highly recommend this company.
