Andy is amazing, he installed a towbar on my Q7, very professional and everything went extremely smoothly. Cannot recommend enough.

Andy upgraded the MMI on my Q7 so I could have Apple car play. He unlocked a host of other options too.

There are simply not enough stars to convey how good Andy is to deal with. He installed a used OEM towbar to my SQ7 which I supplied. We both knew that there was a risk that it may not work which was a risk we were willing to take. Andy identified parts that we might need so that they were on hand on the day so the work could be completed without delay. When it turned out that we might need these parts Andy went out of his way to try to repair the originals to save the cost of the replacements even though it was more work for him and for no benefit. Ultimately he got everything working exactly as it should, talked me through every step while I watched from the comfort of a sofa. And all this on a bank holiday because I needed the towbar for a trip abroad the following week. Impeccable, top to bottom.

Andy was very meticulous in his approach to installing the power filing mirrors I’d sourced and installing a genuine reversing camera. There were some software issues post install which he didn’t hesitate to sort out: can’t recommend highly enough

Thanks to Audi Upgrades my hands will be toasty in the winter with my heated steering wheel upgrade. The replacement was competitively priced, used only genuine Audi parts and was executed to perfection. (I'm not local to Sussex, but you need to travel to find skill like this).

Contacted Audi Upgrades (Andy) to enquire if I could have Traffic sign recognition added to my Audi Avant. He checked the VIN and said this was possible and provided a competitive installation cost. Had it installed yesterday and he provided a very professional, friendly and excellent job. From his small and Impressive workshop he busily worked away whist explaining every step of the way. Once completed the tech was fully checked and out for a road test to check all was ok before leaving. His attention to detail was very impressive and a friendly & professional service was provided. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending Andy (AUDI Upgrades) for his five star service, it’s top notch!

Wow, what a great find, Andy is the perfect person to deal with.

I had contacted him before buying an S5 convertible I had my eye on which had some features missing to see if it was viable to be retro fitted (one of those he advised looking for another car with it fitted due to the expense of parts alone if it was important to me).

I bought the car anyway but having made contact and found him to be incredibly helpful, booked in for some MMI and map updates along with a dual map fix.

A very pleasant couple of hours later chatting and watching the work being carried out I could not be happier with the result.

I have NO hesitation in recommending him and I'm sure I will be using his services again.

Spoke to Andy about advanced TPMS and memory seat upgrade on Audi Q5 on the phone we discussed amount of work and cost as I wanted to have both jobs completed on same day due to travel distance (Newcastle upon Tyne). We agreed everything including
Installation day I was kept informed every step of the way.
On day of installation I was greeted with a cup of coffee
Explaining everything that was going to happen.
His workshop although small was perfectly laid out.
I asked questions and watched his work all the time
To say Andy is a bit of a perfectionist is an understatement he removed seat harness 3 times just to get it right (look right).

Audi Upgrades fitted a two channel dashcam to my Audi S4 Avant. Andy was very responsive during the enquiry stage and fully answered my many questions. During the install he kept me well informed of what was happening at all stages (there were lots of parts coming out...), and makes a pretty good cuppa! Highly recommended.

Bought an Audi Q7 Sline that had every thing except a heated steering wheel which I really wanted. Was lucky to find an Sline heated steering wheel in amazing condition which I bought. Reached out to Andy at Audi Upgrades Ltd and another company for quote to install. Other company would not install my already purchased steering wheel and quoted an insane amount to install their own supplied wheel and parts. Andy had no issue installing mine after checking it was compatible with my car from the VIN number and quoted a very reasonable price for additional required parts and labour. Arrived bright and early and met Andy at his immaculate workshop (garage attached to his own home), there’s free WiFi, a lovely sofa, teas, coffee, biscuits, water and I even had a bacon sarnie. Andy even offered to update the car’s engine and gearbox softwares to the latest version for free. Car drives so much better due to these updates especially the gearbox. Andy’s attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any upgrades on my car. All upgrades are registered on Audi Germany’s website so that any checks will show the car has the upgrade. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I can only add my own personal experience of using Audi Upgrades to those other 5* reviews on this site. I engaged the services of Andy to fit a proprietary tow bar to my Audi SQ5. Quite frankly his knowledge of what was required exceeded that of Audi main dealerships.He was totally reliable and professional throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering using him.

I contacted Andy after a google search looking for an upgrade to my Audi S5. I made an appointment for the work required and was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and expertise with Audi vehicles although not an Audi dealer. The premises are fully equipped with Audi equipment. I would recommend any upgrade requests to approach Andy, you won't be disappointed. Very impresssive!

I found Audi Upgrades online. I wanted someone reputable and professional to change my Audi badges to Black. Andy throughout was transparent and honest with his communication. The work done was meticulous and done with care which I appreciated. I would use Audi Upgrades (Andy) again for any retrofit.

Andy offers a fantastic personal service. I wanted a new steering wheel for my car and contacted Andy to ask a number of questions. After speaking to him for 10 minutes, it gave me a great comfort level and confidence in his skills. I’ve had the new steering fitted which has silver stitching and it looks stunning. The service offered by Andy was top notch. Andy took the time to explain various options and responded to all my queries in a timely manner and was never pushy but allowed me time to reflect and go ahead with various works to my Audi TTs including new grill, rear view camera, new badges all round, exhaust module etc.

On arrival, Andy explained the whole process and what he would be doing to the vehicle at each step. His garage workshop is very clean and welcoming.

I then had a day out to Brighton (bonus) after which I returned and Andy then walked me through how to use the new features and made sure everything was working as it should and that I was totally 100% happy.
