Found Andys business while searching for a way to have memory seat function installed on my SQ5.

Had my Audi Q4 taillights retrofitted today with the full lightbar by Andy and honestly could not be happier.
From the moment I got to the shop he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going to be done. What made it even better was that he actually got me involved in the process, which meant a lot since i was also interested. It felt more personal and hands-on rather than just leaving the car and waiting.
He really knows his stuff, especially when it comes to coding. The lightbar kit was from Kufatec and since they are based in Europe, they only make it for left hand drive vehicles. I thought the only issue would be coding/programming it to work for a right hand drive setup, but it turns out the real problem was the wiring. The previous garage I went to had no idea what they were doing. They messed up the wiring completely and gave up.
Andy diagnosed everything, ruled out coding as the issue and focused on the wiring. He eventually found the fault in how the lights were meant to connect and rewired it all properly. I was honestly so impressed with how he handled it. Calm, confident and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
Communication throughout the whole process was perfect and his service was brilliant. He kept me updated, explained each step and genuinely cared about getting everything done the right way.
I had already spoken to about 4 other garages and retrofitters before this, and none of them seemed to know how to do it or just were not confident enough to take it on. Andy was the only one who showed genuine interest and got it done smoothly.
Really happy with how it all turned out. I will definitely be back to get the headlights done next if Andy is up for it (which i know he will, he loves a challenge!)

I used Andy previously to fit a genuine powered swivel towbar to my Cupra Formentor. Now that car has gone and been replaced with a Mk8.5 Golf GTI Clubsport, I had no hesitation in asking Andy to fit some genuine VW Golf R gear paddles. I was looking to activate Apple CarPlay on my TT MK3 and emailed Andy at Audi Upgrades who responded very quickly with a quote including some optional beneficial features worth considering whilst having the initial work done.

Upon completion, Andy accompanied me on a test drive to ensure everything was functioning as intended and that I was happy with the final results.

I wanted a retractable towbar fitted to my SQ7. I had a look on an Audi owners' forum and found that Andy at Audi Upgrades was THE place to go in the South. He provided me with a very competitive quotation for a genuine Audi SQ7 4M electrical swivel towbar and I booked my car in for the work.
On the fitting day he ran through what the job entailed and provided an estimate of how long it would take to complete the job. He also obliged in dropping me off and picking me up again from Haywards Heath station so I could spend a few hours in Brighton.
On completion he sent me photos of the towbar with the rear bumper still removed, and the new wiring in place before refitting the internal trim. He has registered the towbar with Audi Germany against the VIN of my car so it will show up as having this genuine Audi towbar to any future buyer.
Andy was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and it doesn't surprise me one iota that he only receives 5* reviews on Trustpilot.
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I think of anything else I would like adding to my car.

Great Service from Andy! Fitted a Heated Steering wheel and lane assist to my S4 all done in a few hours.

Top notch offering me the lane asset as the parts and work would be same weather or not I got it. Brill value to me.

Also didn't lock me down to supplied parts. Let me bring my own wheel for aesthetic and price reasons.

Would 100% consider using again if needed , just a shame the distance is a bit much!

Towbar and electrics fitted to Q5 Hybrid. Andy sourced the genuine VAG parts and made a complicated job look easy. Job is so good you would not know that it was not factory fitted with all the software updated with the factory. Great friendly service and so knowledgable. Will definately use him again.

Second time that I've used Andy in order to do some work on an Audi. Recently purchased an Audi 2024 SQ5 that needed a little bit of assistance in the security department. Andy was great at advising what would be best and thus I took it to his shop.

Only took a couple of hours and then he meticulously took me through exactly how it all worked.

I had to work at the same time, so in Andy's shop you get the ability to sit down on a comfortable sofa and have a cup of coffee while I logged in and did some work.
