No goods and zero service
My package never arrived. The courier says it’s been delivered to a neighbour but they don’t have it and the picture the courier took of it left on a doorstep was clearly not my neighbours house. So you have my money, I have no goods and despite 3 emails so far, no one has responded or contacted me. Shocking lack of or zero service and support. No goods, out of pocket and no response or contact from this company.

Dear Clare, I am so sorry to read this message that the courier has not delivered your order to you. I will reach out to DPD asap to find out what has happened as I am very disappointed and cross to hear that they have delivered it to the wrong address. Please could you confirm which email address you have emailed as I have not received any emails from you and I have also checked the spam/junk mail and nothing, so I want to make sure that I don't have a technical problem with my email system. I am sincerely sorry that you have not yet received your order as yet, so will make sure to find your order with DPD or send you out a completely new blouse as soon as possible. Fantastic service from Aurélie...Gorgeous collection, easy ordering and my parcel arrived super quickly. The personal service received was really special and I loved the small but perfectly formed Parisian collection that Lucy has put together. A true gem of a find!

Aurelie clothing is a truly wonderful thing. I recently purchased two items (the Sofia cardigan and Marielle jumper in cream) and I am so impressed. The quality is flawless and the styles are very unique (I have received so many compliments!). The fit is also very flattering and versatile — you can easily dress the pieces up or get cosy in them at home. I’m so happy to have found Aurelie, the clothes are beautiful quality and the cut is very good. The material is very soft and comfortable. I would highly recommend these clothes. I bought 3 blouses and a jumper. I will defiantly buy again. They also wash very well.
