We have have had our energy with Octopus with no issues.
We have have had our energy with Octopus for a few years also our car charger. Absolutely great on both counts. Never any issues. Everything such as bills very straight forward. User friendly call handlers. 109% service.

I have had a number of issues with the…
I have had a number of issues with the app not connecting with the charger and not disconnecting. The advert that pops up when you load the app is annoying and you can't start selecting a charger until it disappears. That said the phone service is good to get issues sorted. Having the app package will only allow one vehicle to be charged at one time too.

It was quite a slow charge today…
It was quite a slow charge today compared to other visits. I’m guessing it was due to quite a lot of people charging at once. Also, there’s quite a lot of confusion at this site on which parking bay belongs to which charger. Someone tried to stop my charge because the car next to them had used the wrong charger. Not sure in how to make this clearer but it’s definitely an issue that I’ve encountered more than once here

Being new to EVs and not having off…
Being new to EVs and not having off street parking I was a bit worried about how I was going toncharge on the public network, luckily we have Be. Ev site local and I can not recommend them enough, buybthe subscription for lower p per kWh and away you go... 100% recommend them

Be.EV is great value for money. The subscriptions they have for cheaper charging are amazing and saves you a good amount of money. The chargers are very quick. I only use the Be.EV chargers now

all chargers are down (out of service)…
all chargers are down (out of service) in tunbridge wells. both locations.
asked for an update and got a reply that said nothing. was just dismissed without answers to my questions. why are they down. when can i expect them to be back on available?
just paid £13.99 monthly subscription and i cannot use any of the chargers in tunbridge wells where i live….

When they are working they are 5 star but any problem it’s a nightmare customer services are useless I tried to charge 3 times but everytime i paid in the app the machines rebooted so I was £75 down customer services said they would get somebody to ring me I waited 20 mins then left still not rang me that was about 2 weeks ago and I have the subscription aswell
