Be.EV is my default charger. Great value compared to other suppliers. My local charging station in Liverpool always available and reliable and I visited the Manchester Oasis last weekend which is what charging stations should be like, spacious, well laid out, clean and with a coffee shop onsite

The charge point would not accept RFID charge card (Aviator, Woodford).

Charging at stains park colchester today
Most if not all the charging points were working and clean to . It's great just to be able to pull up,plug in and away you go. Sometimes annoying when there are electric cars pull into a charger bay then go off shopping without any intension of charging there car but overall it was great

Easy to charge
Easy to charge. Good pricing at the moment. No issues.
The only downside is the Mini subscription is being discontinued and being replaced by a much more expensive option.

Charging rates & subscriptions
I used to pay for the Mega save subscription, it was worth the money as I work full time and not everyday can I charge my vehicle after 7PM. However last month they wanted to raise the price for the subscription which sucks massively, it’s just greedy, there was absolutely no reason to adjust the Monthly price. I’m trying to save for a home charger, but charging the car at full rates becomes very expensive very fast, it would be more advantageous to stick with petrol vehicles as you would be saving more.

We never make changes to our pricing lightly. Any updates are carefully considered and discussed across our teams, taking into account factors such as network investment, operating costs and how we can continue delivering a reliable charging experience. Feedback like yours is really appreciated and helps direct those conversations.
While the subscription has changed to the Flexi at £13.99 a month, the potential savings available through the pass remain significant. For drivers who regularly make use of the discounted charging rates, it's still possible to save over £100 per month compared to standard PAYG pricing. Moreover, our Go and Go Further passes provide you a set amount of kWh in charging with a single monthly fee, offering plenty of savings and a hassle-free charging experience.
That said, we're sorry to hear the change has left you feeling disappointed. We'll make sure your feedback is shared with the wider team as we continue to review and develop our pricing options.
