It advertises upto 150 kWh but in reality your lucky if it gets to 40 kWh
I would use it more if the charge rate was faster
Also when I first joined the option I had was 4.99 or 9.99
And is still advertised as such
I paid the 4.99 to test it out and then decided to pay the 9.99 to get the cheaper rate only to be charged 13.99 a week later

Loyal customer for a year
Loyal customer for a year. Had a subscription issue which was handled very poorly. As a result I have lost confidence in this company. Had to find alternative charging as they do not deserve my business.

It’s good when a space is available hence, I only go at night … it would be great if there is more than 1 charging point

Started off well
Chargers always free, however do not reach full capacity of 120kwh and now the subscription is £13.99 a month i am thinking of switching back to Ionity - faster charge speed lower monthly subs and same charge price.

We understand that any increase in subscription cost can be frustrating, and we certainly don't make those decisions lightly. Pricing changes are carefully reviewed across the business, and customer feedback like yours plays an important role in those discussions.
We're also concerned to hear that you're not seeing the charging speeds you'd expect and we'd like to look into that further with our network team. If you can send us the locations you've experienced this at, we'll be happy to investigate.
While the subscription price has changed, the value of the charging discounts remains the same, meaning drivers who regularly use the discounted rates can still save well over £100 per month compared with standard PAYG pricing.
