Really happy with Be.EV overall
Really happy with Be.EV overall. It’s convenient, easy to use and the subscription plan makes it even better value. The only small issue is that sometimes it can take a while to connect to the charger, but overall a great and handy service. 👍

The best EV charging company out there
They save you money by not charging and seriously stupid amount of money just to begin charging. £25 is a reasonable fee which they reverse on the same day. Well done keep up the great work. Great price per kWh

Hi Ghulam, thank you for your review. We appreciate it's always frustrating when prices rise and we work hard to keep public charging as affordable as possible. We do have the longest off-peak period in the industry between 7am-7pm which is available without a subscription at 49p/kWh. Check it out⚡

Both pre-authentication charges of £25 will be returned to your bank account within the next few working days, however some banks do take longer to process the transaction. If you have still not received the repayment after more than a week please email us at feedback@be-ev.co.uk and we will escalate this issue. Apologies again for this experience we hope it doesn't deter you from charging with us again in the future ⚡

Was told by staff the charger would be 39p and got charged 69p and they did nothing but tell me Portsmouth council charger are excluded
