Scam stay clear sent me cheep sandals worth no more than £2 and cost me £35.95 wouldn't give my money back returned them and got nothing back shame on you shame you can't post a photo on hear.

Do NOT purchase anything from this website! I purchased some sandals and they were nothing like the pictures in the website. They were delivered from China in plastic wrapping. They were squashed but even if they’d been in a shoe box, they had the ads sticking out and scratches on the fake leather. They weren’t cheap and now I’m stuck in a dispute with them! Paid to return them and they’re saying they haven’t received them. They disagreed on the quality so that says it all!!!

A shipment went astray with EVRi delivering to the wrong address.
I provided evidence that the delivery photograph was not of my address. Informed BerryMere and EVRi.
Spent many wasted hours being led round in circles, mainly by BerryMere insisting that I obtain a formal certificate of loss from EVRi before they would process my claim. BerryMere would not accept that the responsibility was theirs to follow up with EVRi. EVRi customer service protected by automated systems impossible to get past to speak to human operators. Got a long series of polite fob offs from BerryMere.
Another order I had from them took ages to arrive and was low-quality rubbish I do not recommend dealing with this company.

If I could give 0 I would. Item not as described and was delivered late. Explained issues and that under UK legislation should be able to return free of charge and they refused. Eventually I agreed to return at my expense as their offers to send more of the same poor quality shoes or return 30% of my costs were inadequate. I had already opened a chargeback with my bank, and they pressures me to close this before they would process the refund. I fortunately said I would only close it once they confirmed receipt and that they were satisfied with condition as I didn't trust them to play ball. I'm glad I took this action - Chinese customs requires the seller to pay duty before they will release the item back to them, and you as the sender cannot do this at your end. Berrymere denied any knowledge of this, that they hadn't been contacted by customs, would comply etc etc. unsurprisingly they never did and the shoes are now being returned to me apparently. Fortunately the bank sided with me and confirmed today they will release the funds back to my account, if I had listened when they tried to force me to close the case before I would have been even more out of pocket. Absolute scam artist's, avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. They pretend to be a UK company, but "customer service" is mainly AI, and useless. They buy in cheap tat from China - and when you find that the top you ordered is nothing like the image on their website, you're expected to pay for return to China..............
A replacement item I chose were £40 sandals - worth less than a fiver in any cheap, high street pop-up shop. Unwearable, due to the mad design - i.e. not the shape of a human foot.
The endless 'customer services' emails are incoherent verbiage, designed to wear customers down, whilst holding on to our ill-spent money. They ignore Consumer Law, and should be drummed out of business. UPDATE: I see Berrymere have replied - with the same, lame pretence at customer service. I have dozens and dozens of emails, none of which resolved the complaints. They still have my money. Do NOT believe a word they say.

After waiting a few weeks for delivery of a pair of sandals I thought were coming from Birmingham I was pleased with the comfort and fit. However after 6 weeks I noticed a hole in the sole and the toe post was pulling out. I contacted the company who refused to do anything about it. I quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they still refused to do anything as it was over their 30 day refund policy. A pair of shoes costing £34.95 should last longer than 6 weeks. Poor quality item!

Reply to Berrymere: You have had more than ample opportunity on the 25+ emails back and forth to try and 'put this right' and as requested many times and the best you could do was £8 refund for an item costing £28 + return postage cost of £8 (which took another 4 weeks and several emails to chase up) so I'm still out of pocket by £28. This isn't good customer service by UK standards. Just be honest and upfront rather than trying to appear as UK based so people are aware where they buy from and can set some expectations.

If I could give this company a minus score I would. I thought this company was UK based by the way their website is worded. But then the delivery took two weeks and when the item arrived I was extremely disappointed. It looked like the type of material you get in fancy dress packs. The material was thin and see through. That's not the worst part, their returns process is a nightmare. Starting with a negotiation of you can keep the item for a 30% refund.... (Their first offer was lower)
Their returns policy is non existent so you have to email them for instructions. Then you get the ultimatum of the partial refund or ship back to China for a full refund.
I found a shipping cost of around £8, which I later found out doesn't cover customs clearance so the recipient is responsible but of course Berrymere say they are not able to pay that so the parcel is stuck in customs and I was advised I can't get a refund. I didn't know and wasn't advised of any of this.
I complained and called out their lack of information regarding any of this process at all. They didn't care and their emails are so AI generated its so disingenuous and false.
How they are allowed to trade and operate like this is beyond me.
Awful, ruthless, poor quality, misleading and do not do what they promise. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Products ordered of poor quality, style and sizes were very small. BeeryMere agreed to take back but have to send to China for inspection???
Finally accepted an offer to keep the items (which are of no use to anyone) and would be refunded 25% - this took multiple emails from me and was eventually received after multitude chase ups by me.

Worst shopping experience and I most definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. The website is very misleading stating the store is based in Birmingham but it is not, items are shipped from China. I ordered a dress paid for delivery expected within 5 working days as per the website i need the dress as soon as. I waited over 2 weeks for delivery contact customer service after 5 days to cancel as i had to get another dress. Was told i had wait for delivery and before a refund can be process. That was when the issue started.  The same day the dress arrived i emailed to return without even opening the package. Then they wanted a picture of the item. The quality of the dress is so bad and looks absolutely nothing like the image on the website. Trying to return or get a refund is almost impossible. As customer have to pay shipping cost for item back to China which can cost £20-£30 almost the price of the dress. Or other option was to keep the dress and get back 25% or an 11% discount of something else. Almost 2 months later issue still not resolved. If i had known the dress was not coming from Birmingham i would not have made the purchase. Worst company ever.

Quality absolutely appalling - nothing like the images pictured and sizing is way off the mark. Unable to obtain a full refund as the company maintained that the goods were as described. They offered a refund of 10% of cost because it would be too costly to return the goods to China and I still haven't received the partial refund after a month. Do not buy from this company.

This firm, Berrymere is scamming its customers. I bought what appeared in a picture on their web site to be nice quality cargo shorts. I did not realise that these shorts would be coming from China and take nearly 3 weeks to arrive. When they eventually arrived they did not match the picture on the Berrymere web site.
I then discovered that I had to return the shorts to China and that this would cost nearly thirty pounds. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM BERRYMERE!!

Long delay in delivery. Product (shoes)not fit for purpose shoddy construction and scuffed. Packaging flimsy possibly contributing to the shoes condition.
Customer outrageously laborious, long winded with obstacles presented every step of the way!!

Same experience as many. Long wait for order, no big deal. They sent shoes a size smaller than I ordered then made it difficult to return. Wanted me to keep them and buy another pair with discount!!!
Eventually only agreed to a percentage refund as they refused a full refund and wanted me to pay to send the item back to China even though they admitted it was their error. I still have no refund after about 6-8 weeks.
I have never come across such a load of BS company.
The useless product I did receive was the lowest quality I’ve seen.
Made me realise to check reviews before I use a company. Completely diabolical. Berrymere please do not bother to respond with more BS as you do others for this review.

This is a follow up review of Berrymere. I detailed my very negative experience a few days ago. I have now mailed the poor quality dress back to China at a cost of £9.95. If it takes the six weeks it took to arrive originally I might see a refund in August. The dress cost £35+ and I didn’t even feel I could donate it to a charity shop as the quality is so poor. At the Post Office I was asked about the fabric, and this is one of the problems: there are absolutely no labels of any kind inside the dress. This is illegal in the U.K. The automated reply from the company to my original message does not reflect in any way how they conduct their business. Stay well clear of them.

I ordered what were advertised as a pair of Women's Orthopedic T-Strap Shoes from BerryMere for £64.95.

Unfortunately, the shoes that arrived were extremely disappointing. They were made from very hard plastic with no flexibility, were significantly larger and wider than the stated size, and did not resemble the quality suggested by the advertising. The heel and sole colours did not match, there was no branding on the shoes, and they arrived in a plastic mailing bag rather than a shoe box.

The most disappointing aspect has been the customer service. I contacted BerryMere immediately after delivery to request return instructions and a refund, but my emails have not been answered.

Stay way. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from BerryMere again.

I paid more than £50 for what was advertised as a waxed jacket. It was a cotton shirt of poor quality. On attempting to return it, after many emails asking for my money back, I was told to send it back to an address in China for a full refund. The cost was going to be more than £27. It wasn't worth sending back and the Post Office advised this kind of item often doesn't get through customs in China.
The company advertises itself to be in Birmingham UK, but its business address is Atlanta Georgia. It's not registered on Companies House in the UK. Returns go to China, all paid for by the customer. I wished I had never heard of them and will never use them again. I'm now in dispute with my bank who refused a chargeback to me because I accepted the terms and conditions, which were unfair. Don't trust these people.

Shocking company. The product was of very poor quality shoddily finished and completely the wrong size. I thought I had some protection under distance buying but despite eloquent responses to my complaints the issues have not been resolved
- they disagreed that the product was shoddy and missized They a,sed for a pic of the label with the size on it - there was no label
-they refused a refund unless I returned it to China at my expense and they would basically say how much it cost
After much Toing and froing I accepted that there was not going to be a satisfactory solution for anyone but them I accepted a partial refund. One month later I am coming to the conclusion that I am never going to see this money again

Customer service & RETURNS and reliability of shipment - POOR.

USE TEMU, these guys are just a con-artist for goods from China. You have to suffer the costs of your own return. For a pair of shoes costing £42, quality looks like £15 worth of Chinese imported shoe. Return for poor fit costing £27. You do the maths!

After a long email exchange with their customer service team where they offered firstly 10% refund and to keep the shoes that I had no use for.. I got them up to 30% to £12.60, but would be £30 out of pocket but able to keep shoes that do not fit!!!

In the end I said I’d return for full refund but tracked shipment Royal Mail quoted at £27! So if only get back £15.!

Crazy and plays well in their favour.

Just buy from TEMU, like this company although delivery time is uncertain; products all from China, similar quality but at least TEMU is cheaper and easier & more cost effective to return.

The order takes a long time to arrive. The quality and appearance is the worst I have seen. The sizing is not even close to what you ordered. The return address on package is apparently not the return address. Emails go back and forth to avoid/ not refund you. It is a nightmare, do not order.

This is one of the worst websites I have ever ordered from.
Firstly it doesn’t state it’s based on China, so took ages to arrive. Which meant I didn’t get the dress in time for the wedding I was going to.
When it did finally arrive, I wanted to return it. The quality was bad aswell as the sizing. Well what a bloody problem it has been, trying to send it back!
I Was asked for photos of the dress and packaging, then offered a 15 percent refund if I kept the dress.
Then when I finally said no I wanted my money back! They said I have to pay to send it back to China!
What a joke!
That’s £50 I’ll never see again .
