Dont use this company unless you are desperate. My wife ordered a pair of (so-called) orthopaedic shoes on 20th April with a supposed 3 day delivery, didnt arrive until 7th May FROM CHINA. Requested a size 8 and they sent a size 7. Sent an email requesting a refund, they offered another pair at correct size for £9 and told to keep the original (why? when they were no good!). Sent them back on 8th May and here we are 9th June, still no refund. Contacted them and all I get is excuse after excuse after excuse about the parcel still in the China Post system (and we though out system was bad). Looked at website this morning and it gives two telephone number and an address in Birmingham. Looked at Google ,Earth and the address is BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET STATION. Tried the landline number and it goes to voicemail, tried the mobile number and it comes back with something like calls to/from this number are illegal? What???
This company wants sorting out, they are not here in the UK they are based in the middle of nowhere in China and their postal system is probably using donkeys to deliver the post (with a man/woman) on its back. So please DO NOT USE them under any circumstances.

To this date a refund has STILL NOT BEEN PAID. This company keeps giving excuse after excuse after excuse. They blame the shipping company for failure, yet when looking at the tracking system the item I returned was in fact in their location, but for some reason was not delivered to them or they did not go to collect it from the local offices. The last I saw on the tracking system was that the parcel had been deemed as ''return to sender''

This company is a complete and utter joke, They have no intention of providing a refund. So the best way out of it all is DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I thank BerryMere for their reply to my review. The order number is #MF1836972. The way to resolve this is to refund the £35.96 for the "jumper", and to supply me with a pre-paid postage to send the item back to China ( I believe this can be between £12 to £25 for a tracked item as they requested). I can only think that expecting customers to return items to China at their own expense, is just a way of deterring returns.
I await BerryMere's response to this justifiable request.

It might be a good idea for anyone who has had the same problem with Berrymere to call citizens advice so they can report to trading standards, the more people that do this the better

Do not use this company. They take your order pretending they are a company in Birmingham but they order from Temu and it takes weeks to come at an inflated cost. They make it impossible for you to return the items. Absolute rip off. This company needs shutting down. I googled company address and it doesn't look like a clothes retailer to me

This company is an absolute scam. The item I received was of terrible quality and looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. The materials were cheap, the fit was completely wrong, and it was clear that the product had been misrepresented.

To make matters worse, their returns policy appears to be a scam in itself. Despite receiving an item that was not remotely as described, customer service has been completely unwilling to help or provide a fair resolution. They have hidden behind their policies rather than taking responsibility for selling a product that does not match what they promised.

I would strongly advise others not to use this company unless you want to waste your money on awful-quality products and experience dreadful customer service. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 2 dresses in my usual size as advised, size L. Delivery took a ridiculously long time and when they arrived neither of them fitted me. One was very inferior quality and I could barely get over my head, let alone my body. The other one was enormous,looked about 2 sizes too big, but both dresses had L on their label. I wanted to return them but then found out they had to be returned to China at my expense. I was offered a 15% refund and keep the dresses or send them back to China at my expense. I kept the dresses and gave them to a charity shop but will never shop with this company again

Firstly this order took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive I was shocked at how poor the quality was. Luckily I ordered well in time for the evening function it was for due to the delay. At the function the zip gave way twice. The dress is not too tight. It was the right size but due to the poor quality the zip kept popping. I had planned to keep it and put a new zipper in myself, until I went to wash it. This is where I noticed all care instruction labels had been cut out of the dress which I did not notice when I received it. I also noticed the main label had been cut out at the top of the dress. That tells me these dresses are being purchased elsewhere and being sold for 3 times the price. After a reverse image search i found my answer and these dresses are being purchased from China and being re sold in someone's house in the UK from Website called BerryMere based in Birmingham, which looks professional but is actually a total scam. My dress is faulty. They refused to refund as it fell outside of the 30 days money back guarentee. I challenged this and said this does not apply to faulty and tampered goods (removing origional labels) and only applies to exchanges refunds if unworn under consumer laws. Faulty goods that are not fit for purpose and cutting care labels and original labels out (tampering and removing labels) and then reselling is a breach of trading standards. I have reported this company BerryMere to trading standards to action. I would seriously avoid buying from them. This is a scam website and this has to be illegal. I have left it with trading standards to fully investigate.

Clothes took an acceptionally long time to arrive.
Quality of dresses was ok, but was expecting a better quality.
When it came to returning an item. This was challenging and the outcome disappointing with only have 25% refund agreed. But was able to keep the item. Which I didnt want. They did not follow their returns policy. Nor reach an acceptable mutual outcome.
Will not use again. Nor reccomend

This is an update. I agreed to accept £12.89 on a purchase of £50. This was several weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the payout! I have emailed several times but get fobbed off by AI answers, blaming my bank in the last one. I give up! This company is not customer friendly and their customer service is non-existent. We, the public, are getting ripped off by these sorts of internet traders.

This is my order number MF1837899. I would like a full refund and stop sending me AI emails about giving me 30% of the value of the blouse. I dont want to return it to China, we should be protected by the British consumers law. And you should comply with the law.

Do not use this company. Returns are to China and you have to pay postage or they offer you a small percentage refund... customer service is terrible and still awaiting my 30% refund 4 weeks later!

I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole.

They call themselves Berrymere Birmingham and display a Birmingham address on their website, yet if you want to return an item, you’re expected to send it to China at your own expense. None of that was made clear when ordering.

The item I received was completely different from what was advertised. Wrong colour, totally different fit, and absolutely no use to me. Their solution was either a 60% refund or paying to return it to China yourself.

Really poor and misleading experience. I would definitely avoid.

I usually check trustpilot before buying from any company I haven’t used before but stupidly didnt and learned a hard lesson.

-Based in China not Birmingham/London
-Took weeks longer than they stated to arrive
-Quality is extremely poor nothing like you see advertised
-Refund - the process to return is horrendous and one I’ve never experienced with any other company!
They try to stop you returning items by offering 15% of original cost and keep the item but I didn’t want to keep them They are such poor quality
I paid £27 to return items and now they saying they are going to deduct their initial shipping costs from any refund!! Absolute robbery and terrible customer service.

I am going to take my experience legal as companies like this should not be allowed to operate in the UK.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIRST RED FLAG WAS WHEN I EMAILED THEM, ON THE BACK OF AN EMAIL THEY SENT ME, ASKING FOR AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER. THEY EMAILED ME ASKING FOR THE EMAIL ADDRESS I USED FOR THE ORDER!!!ORDER FINALLY ARRIVED AFTER 3 WEEKS, NOT THE 3 TO 8 DAYS AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE CLOTHES WERE WAY TOO SMALL AND THE QUALITY WAS RUBBISH. RETURNED THE ITEMS USING THE RETURN LABEL ONLY BE TOLD THATS NOT AN ADDRESS THEY RECOGNISE; TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE AND ASK FOR A RETURN; TAKE PHOTOS OF THE ITEMS AND RETURN TO CHINA. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME UNLESS I DO THIS!!! DISPUTING TRANSACTION WITH MY BANK NOW. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic sandles, took 3 weeks to arrive and are in NO WAY orthopaedic! Couldn't be more badly made if a 5 year old had made them from sticky backed plastic! AI generated emails, insulting 15% refund offered and have to return to China. This company advertises as UK based - THEY ARE LYING!

Still waiting for item over three weeks refuse to give me refund. Keep sending me emails saying "just wanted to reach out....." I'd like to reach out too!!!

Last communication I got was your parcel has been delivered when it hadn't!!!

Then they said there's a problem with your address. Gave them my address again.

Looks like it is a scam, it's now been a month.

Do not use this company. Although states it is a UK company and the prices are high the clothing you receive is cheap and shipped from China with no labels etc on it. When trying to return/ refund items it is ridiculous and you get nowhere !!! Avoid at all costs.

Delivery took over 2 weeks. Item of very poor quality. Trading is from China which is NOT mentioned on website. Can only return items to China not the Birmingham address on website. Offered a pathetic part refund which has still not been paid after nearly 3 weeks. This company should NOT be trading
